Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics, work motivation and knowledge management on employee performance at the Office of Community Empowerment and Villages of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research approach is quantitative. The population in this study was 77 employees of the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Southeast Sulawesi Province, and all of them were made respondents. The data collected was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS M3 2 program package.The analysis shows that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that the better the individual characteristics of employees will improve performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, which shows that the better employee motivation will improve performance. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on performance, which shows that the better management of existing knowledge will improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of organizational change on employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The approach of this research is a survey with explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out using survey methods through questionnaires and interviews. The study population was 62 employees at the UPTP Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. Because the population in this study is relatively small, all populations in the study are made as respondents. The analytical equipment used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the effect of organizational change had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture; organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; organizational change has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture can mediate well between organizational change variables and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   Personal Factors, Perceived Social Support, and Perceived Organizational Support on Willingness to be Relocated. This research was conducted at BPK RI Representatives of Southeast Sulawesi Province with a total sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.. The results showed that: 1) Personal Factor has a significant effect on willingness to be relocated. 2) Perceived Social Support has a significant effect on willingness to be relocated. 3) Perceived Organizational Support has no effect on willingness to be relocated. Simultaneously these variables have a significant effect on willingness to be relocated

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the leadership style in mediating role of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Southeast Sulawesi province. The approach of this research is a survey method with a reseach expalanatory reseach. Collecting data in the research done by using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Central Statistics Agency southeast Sulawesi province 50 people while the sampling technique used is accidential sampling. Analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis is Partial Least squer (PLS). The results showed that the style of leadership and a significant positive effect on emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction, Then the emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on employee satisfaction and leadership style. Finally, this research can prove that the leadership style acts as a partial mediation (partial mediation) effect between intelligence emosionl and employee satisfaction. That is significantly influenced by the style of leadership in emotional intelligence and leadership style influence employee satisfaction and emotional intelligence significantly influence employee satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction
