Abstract

AbstractProgram prakerin disusun dengan menyesuaikan peraturan antara sekolah dan industri. Pelaksanaan prakerin di SMK N 1 Tengaran dilaksanakan di 2 tempat yaitu industri (butik) dan sekolah. Asumsi sementara prakerin di sekolah lebih efektif karena guru mengawasi secara langsung. Penilaian parakerin di sekolah dilakukan oleh guru dan mengacu pada kurikulum, sedangkan di butik dilakukan oleh pemilik butik dan mengacu pada kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan prakerin di sekolah dan di butik, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas pelaksanaan prakerin di sekolah dan di butik pada siswa kelas XI SMK N 1 Tengaran. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK N 1 Tengaran dengan jumlah 115, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 66. Hasil uji analisis perbandingan persentase rata-rata data prakerin di butik sebesar 81,25%, sedangkan prakerin di sekolah sebesar 74,14% kategori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan prakerin di butik lebih efektif dibandingkan prakerin di sekolah. Besarnya efektifitas pelaksanaan prakerin di butik termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan prakerin di sekolah termasuk dalam kategori baik.Prakerin Program arranged by adjusting between schools and industry regulations. Implementation Prakerin at SMK N 1 held in two places, namely industry (boutique) and the school. Assumptions states that at school Prakerin more effective because teachers supervise directly. Prakerin Assesment conducted by teachers in schools and referred to the curriculum, while at the boutique by boutique owners and referring to consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Prakerin in school and in the boutique, as well as to find out how effectively implementation of Prakerin in schools and at boutiques for class XI student at SMK N 1 . Data were collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The study population was 115 student class XI SMK N 1 with 66 sample. Comparative analysis average of percentage of data on the boutiques is 81.25%, while in school is 74.14% . Based on the research results can be concluded that the implementation Prakerin in the boutique more effective than at school. Implementation Prakerin in the boutique included in the excellent category, while in school Prakerin included in either category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of Sarak Opat in fostering adolescent morals in Simpang Balik Village, Wih Pesam District. This research uses descriptive research type research method with a qualitative approach that is describing the phenomena that occur. The results of the study are planning program planning carried out by the village government assisted by the community, developing tasks as implementing programs to develop program plans, such as a) involving youth in every religious activity, b) forming sports teams and facilitating them; c) forming mosque youth, d) involving youth in social service activities. Priests usually only provide coaching, input on adolescents. Program planning is handled by community leader trainers according to their abilities and expertise. Implementation of Sarak Opat in Youth Moral Development in Kampung Simpang Balik Wih Pesam District by: a) involving young people in religious activities carried out at night in the mosque. This program is called afternoon recitation; b) establish and facilitate sports activities, this activity is also carried out at night, because during the daytime adolescents have their respective activities; c) forming and holding mosque youth studies, d) involving youth in social service activities, one of which is implemented on certain days such as clean Friday. This activity is expected so that the generation can easily be independent based on their areas of expertise and talent can be channeled properly. The evaluation of Sarak Opat in fostering adolescent morals in Kampung Simpang Balik, Wih Pesam Subdistrict, namely religious evaluations are conducted by priests and community leaders once a month, while evaluations of sports coaching are conducted by young men and women after the results of the deliberations.
