Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji perbedaan hasil belajar matematika dan motivasi belajar siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif handep dan tipe STAD. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas tujuh VII SMPN-1 Palangkaraya. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan uji-t dan uji U Mann-Whitney pada taraf kepercayaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif handep lebih tinggi dari STAD, dan (b) tidak ada perbedaan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif handep dan STAD.This study purpose examined the differences in mathematics learning outcomes and students' motivation to learn the cooperative learning model handep and STAD. The samples is seventh grade students of SMPN-1 Palangkaraya. The research hypotheses were tested by t-test and Mann-Whitney test. The research results are (a) the learning outcomes of students who are learning mathematics with cooperative learning model handep higher than STAD, and (b) there was no difference in the students' motivation to learn in cooperative learning model handep higher than STAD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas dan praktikalitas e-modul hidrolisis garam berbasis pembelajaran penemuan terbimbing untuk kelas XI SMA/MA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah education design research dengan model Plomp yang terdiri dari tahap pleryminary research, prototyping stage dan assassment phase . Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 8 orang validator, 6 peserta didik pada small group dan 18 peserta didik pada field test. Intsrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket validitas, angket uji praktkalitas dan lembar jawaban siswa pada e-modul. Analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus Aiken's V dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil uji validitas konten diperoleh nilai rata-rata Aiken's V sebesar 0,93. Hasil uji validitas konstruk dan validitas ahli media diperoleh nilai rata-rata Aiken's V sebesar 0,86 dan 0,98. Hasil evaluasi satu-satu menunjukkan e-modul yang menarik, huruf yang jelas dan bahasa yang mudah dipahami. Hasil analisis data pada uji small group di peroleh nilai rata-rata persentasi sebesar 89,94% dan 91,52% pada tahap field test . Data ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan siswa menjawab soal e-modul pada tahap small group dan field test sebesar 83 dan 85 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa e-modul  hidrolisis garam berbabis guided discobery learning untuk kelas XI SMA/MA telah valid dan praktis sehingga dapat diuji efektifitasnya.

Abstract

The values of good and evil in the tales recounted by the Brothers Grimm are so universal that they have become an integral part of world literature. The research data for this paper was compiled from three tales, Aschenputtel (Cinderella), Rapunzel, and Schneewittchen (Snow White). This research project analyzed the language used in the stories to assess the values of virtue and evil that prevailed in reality in German society at the time the stories were compiled, and that are still valid today. This paper intends to describe the 19th century German concepts of good and bad, the pan-German values embedded in the folktales, and their universal moral appeal to diverse cultures of global human civilization. Qualitative literature study and descriptive data analysis are the methods employed in this investigation. The results indicate that the concept of virtue refers to beauty and generosity, but being good causes the protagonists to suffer. On the other hand, the concept of evil, as described in the three Grimm brothers stories that have been analyzed, refers to heartlessness and wickedness. The antagonists keep endangering the protagonists but eventually, the good characters live happily ever after. The conflict between good and evil is presented through the daily activities of human life that apply to people of varied cultural backgrounds.

Abstract

Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) is an official Indonesian defining/monolingual dictionary. In the KBBI V offline language features, there are 27 German entries have been absorbed into Indonesian. Hence, this research focuses to analyse which German entries contained in KBBI V, does the lexical meaning of those entries in KBBI V differ from the German defining dictionary, and what characters of Germany is represented in those entries. This research applies qualitative method, and the lexical meaning of the 27 German entries in the KBBI V are compared to the German defining dictionary as the ground to analyse the experience alteration. Furthermore, this paper examines the characters of the Germany appear in those entries and what their importance to Indonesian. The results of the research demonstrate that there are semantics shifting and narrowing of those German entries in KBBI V compared to the German monolingual dictionary, caused by a change in the concept of words related to the meaning of the words in a reference, associative, and contextual manner. Another result indicates a change occurs in the fields of German history, politics, and philosophy strengthening the characters of Germany which grow and widely known in Indonesia.
