Abstract

Human resources is an organization whose resources are the most important and can only be obtained through recruitment efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing human resources in improving the performance of the apparatus in the Bone regional inspectorate. Research conducted with a qualitative approach with survey methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews and surveyors. The data analysis technique is data analysis in the research process is a very urgent factor because it is a stage that presents a series of information; objectively and rationally about the data or facts found in the field. The results showed that the strategy for developing human resources in the Regional Inspectorate of Bone Regency was through formal education. Where employees are given the opportunity to take part in education freely. The next strategy is employee training but training is not carried out periodically due to limited budget which causes limited training time as well.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence will give awareness, namely the consciousness of din or awareness, which is the most important emotional ability to train internal control. The purpose of this research is to know the emotional intelligence of employees at PT. Bumi Sarana Beton Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research aimed at providing an overview of the level of Spiritual intelligence on the performance improvement of PT. Bumi Sarana Beton Makassar. The population of this research is all employees scope PT.  Earth facilities Concrete, amounting to 35 people, the way the sampling is used is a saturated sample so all population members are used as samples. The results showed that emotional intelligence was not instrumental in the performance of employees. The structure of public organisations where decision-making from the top down makes emotional intelligence have no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Temperature greatly affects the drying process of coffee, while the village of Cikoro is one of the cold-temperature areas. to produce a hot temperature before the community had tried oven techniques but it was less successful, so the alternative used so far was to do drying in Makassar. In the study that became participants were coffee farmers in Cikoro. The purpose of the studies we conducted clearly provided solutions to the community for the problems experienced. To understand and resolve this problem we use the desigen thinking method that focuses on users or users with several stages, namely sense and sensitivity, empathy study, collecting data, clustering, insight, statement, persona, ideation, prototype, and co-coreation then obtained more accurate data so as to create an innovation in the form of a prototype coffee drying machine (Coffee Steam) as a solution for coffee farmers in Cikoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the community in accepting the innovation of coffee steam prototype.

Abstract

Archives has a role as a center of memory, resources and as a necessary means of supervision  in every organization in order to carry out all its activities both in the offices of state and private institutions.The purpose of this research is to find out the management of archives reviewed from management factors in the District Office Pattallassang Gowa Regency.The research method used is qualitative by survey method, namely research that intends to obtain facts from the phenomena in order to understand and solve problems related to factors that affect the effectiveness of archive management in the District Office Pattallassang Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques used are observations, documentations and interviews. Conclusion in this research is a management factor, it is expected to do the purging of archives above 5 years with clear recording and supervision and evaluation of activities after the activity in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of the activity so that the next activities can be maximized better.

Abstract

Job rotation policy is a strategy for developing employee skills by the company to improve employee performance, and this can provide refreshment and a sense of a new atmosphere for employees. So that it can provide job satisfaction or satisfaction to employees. The method in this research is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous research which originates from national and international articles. The research results were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between job rotation policies and job satisfaction which can have an impact on employee performance. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of the literature review show that the job rotation policy implemented by the company has a good impact on employee job satisfaction, so it is good for improving employee performance. Abstract

The study's goal is to look into the effects of transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the West Java Preservation Hall. The participants in this study were employees of the West Java Conservation Center. With 73 respondents, we used the Slovin formula and a stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques based on traditional assumption testing include the normality and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing with the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, and beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive significant effect on employee performance, and the presence of organizational commitment had a positive significant effect on employee performance at the West Java Conservation Center. Concurrently, transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment all had a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the after-sales services offered by the Yamaha corporation, Yamaha One Day Service, offers maintenance and repair services for the customer's Yamaha unit on-site. One of the key components for effective unit functioning is the maximum performance of the Yamaha employees that work onsite maintenance in the Bandung region. This study aims to investigate the effects of pay on performance, pay on job satisfaction, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance, pay on performance through job satisfaction. A sample of the workforce was taken using the census method, and there are currently 39 respondents who work in the Bandung region. The analysis makes use of path analysis with SMART PLS. According to the results, 1) compensation has a positive but not statistically significant impact on performance, 2) compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, 3) compensation has a positive and significant impact on performance via the variable job satisfaction, and 4) motivation has a positive but not statistically significant impact on performance.
