Abstract

The Medium Voltage Network Reconfiguration Work Plan Program is one of the work plan programs in the investment budget worksheet. This work plan program is used to rearrange the medium voltage network by dividing a load of electricity distribution facilities with other electricity distribution facilities. The documentation of the proposed work plan program now still uses several separated documents. It becomes ineffective task since there will be duplicated documents for the same proposal due to revisions. Changes in construction prices also cause changes in the proposed data such that manual changes need to be made for each proposal. This will take a long time process. Customer Service Unit (ULP) at this time also can't know the progress of the proposal that has been submitted. The investment budget worksheet system for the medium voltage network reconfiguration work plan program was developed to solve these problems. This system development was done in a web-based platform. Such development was done by using the Waterfall development model and an object-oriented approach. The system has been tested through several testing strategies, namely unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. The unit and integration testings were performed by using white-box testing technique, while the validation testing were done using black-box testing technique.

Abstract

Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network in Investment Budget Worksheet is an investment job proposal to propose inserted transformer and support network at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang has been managing the proposal data of such work plan program manually using Microsoft Office Excel with separated data support. It causes duplication on the proposal data after being checked and revised, difficulties to change the price of construction which has undergone uncertain revision. Further, the Customer Service Unit (ULP) doesn't always know the progress of the submitted proposal. Investment Budget Worksheet Management system for Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network has been developed as a solution to solve such problems. The system was developed in a web-based platform and a waterfall development model. This system is expected to help PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang in managing the proposal data of Work Plan Program of Inserted Transformer and Support Network. This system has been tested using white-box testing technique for unit and integration testings, and black-box testing technique for validation testing. Unit and integration testings has been done on 3 samples method and passed validation testing on 54 functional requirements which give valid results.

Abstract

Wisma La Tibel is a boarding house located in Palangka Raya City, Central Borneo. The owner has owned three boarding houses until now: Wisma La Tibel 1, Wisma La Tibel 2, and Wisma La Tibel 3. Wisma La Tibel 1 and Wisma La Tibel 2 have 16 rooms and Wisma La Tibel 3 has 8 rooms. All boarding houses are located in the same city but in different addresses. The main job of the owner is to manage every boarding house. Currently, the owner has some problems in doing so such as inaccuracy in managing data of income and bills of all boarding houses. A management system is developed in order to solve those problems and to be able to manage every boarding house. This management system is web based and has SMS gateway feature to sending monthly bills to tenants. This system will easily help the owner to integrate all boarding houses because the owner can manage three boarding houses with only one system. This boarding house management system has been tested using 2 testing techniques, white box (unit testing and integration testing) and black box (validation testing). The results from all testing that have been done are 100% valid.

Abstract

Medicines management at a health center has a significant role because it aims to ensure the availability of medicines. The availability of medicines at a health center is affected by the medicines procurement process. The problem of medicines management at Seroja Health Center is the difference in the amount of medicines stock that is recorded in books with the physical data. One of the reasons is caused by human error in the process of recording incoming medicines and outgoing medicines. The wrong recording will make it difficult for the pharmacist to make medicines expenditure report and medicines stock report. The pharmacist will also have difficulty in calculating medicines needs planning. Incorrect planning can make ordering unplanned medicines that have to be fulfilled immediately cause some medicines are over-stock or lack of stock. Medicines management system is developed to overcome these problems. This system is expected to help the process of medicines management at Seroja Health Center, especially in recording, reporting, and simplifying the calculation of medicines needs. The process of developing this system is done using the waterfall model. The stages performed in this research include literature review, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and decision-making. This system uses web technology that allows it to be accessed easily through a web browser. This system has been tested using white box testing for unit testing and integration testing and black box testing for validation testing. The results from all testing give valid status

Abstract

Dr. Syarif's Clinic is a clinic that is located in Samarinda City, East Borneo. The management of the patient's medical records in that clinic is still done by writing on a paper and stored inside the cupboard. As time goes on, it increases the place's needs for saving the medical records. Duplication of medical records could happen when the administration staff puts the medical records at the wrong side of the cupboard, which makes the medical records could not be found and the administration staff makes a new medical record. To solve these problems, a web-based management system of patient's medical records was developed for the intention of making the process of managing the patient's medical records easier. The system was developed using Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methods. The programming language that was used to develop the system is Personal Home Page (PHP) and the framework that was used is Codeigniter. The unit testing and the integration testing were done by using the white-box testing method, while the validation testing was done by using the black-box testing method. The result of unit testing and integration testing has shown that the system runs in accordance with the design that has been made. The result of the validation testing has shown that all the functional requirements have been fulfilled by the system. In other words, the result of all the testing is 100% valid and the system is worth to use.

Abstract

Indonesia Power Suralaya is one of the subsidiary company of PT PLN (Persero) located in Cilegon City, Banten Province. PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya has six divisions, namely Finance, Public Relations, Administration, Information Systems (SIS) 1-4 Unit, and 5-7 Unit. Division of SIS has problems in asset management of asset data collection, borrowing goods, returning goods, and treatment goods. Division of SIS is using Microsoft Excel to asset data collection. Division of SIS has difficulties in monitoring of incoming goods and outgoing goods. Division of SIS has constraints in searching for users of previous items because data management of borrowing goods and returning goods is still done by writing on a notebook. Division of SIS hasn't provided data management to treatment of goods. PT Indonesia Power Suralaya allows employees to borrow goods. Employees have difficulties in status monitoring of borrowing goods and returning goods in office. This research has developed an asset management system to overcome these problems. This system uses web technology that allows the system to be accessed easily by using the web browser. This system is expected to help PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya in asset management. This research was using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method and Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method for developing an asset management system. This system has been tested using white box testing for unit testing and integration testing and also using black box testing for validation testing.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Mujtahidin is one of a senior education institutions lie under the supervision of Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Since 2016 Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Mujtahidin has been applying Kurikulum 2013 as the basic curricula in its learning processes. The application of Kurikulum 2013 influences all learning activities, one of which is the scoring management. Homeroom teachers use Microsoft Excel to collect scores from subject teachers. Documents containing scores ​​which are transferred from one person to another frequently result in error-prone data. In addition, a heaps of separate documents containing different subject scores also results in difficulties in recapitulating students' final scores. A web-based Kurikulum 2013 scoring management system was developed to overcome these problems. The development of this system was done by applying waterfall software development model and used object oriented approach. This system has been tested by using unit, integration, and validation testing. White-box testing was used in unit and integration testing whereas validation testing was done by using black-box testing. Unit and integration testing give forth valid results for 3 unit samples and 3 integration samples. The result of validation testing shows that system is 100% valid for 52 functional requirements.

Abstract

Learning evaluation using multiple choice question paper is widely used because it is more effective at measuring learning outcomes and can cover more subjects. In 2017, there was a research to build multiple choice exam question bank management system at Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University. This research helps to reduce the possibility of similar question being proposed by different lecturers. However the research was not able to generate multiple choice question paper. The Course Lecturer Coordinator must select the questions one by one at question bank to generate a question paper. The question paper made by Course Lecturer Coordinator must meet the learning outcomes that have been set at the beginning of semester. Therefore, the question paper must have topics and question difficulty level which corresponds to the learning outcomes. This made it difficult to generate question paper. A web-based randomized multiple choice question paper generation system was developed to resolve this problem. The system development was done with waterfall software development model using object-oriented approach. This system had been tested using unit, integration, and validation testing. White-box testing was used in unit and integration testing, while black-box testing was used in validation testing. All of the tests performed to the system shows valid results.

Abstract

Demographic administration is a method used to document the results of demographic registration and civil registration. In registering the demography, Talok Village still uses a manual method by book or file records. This type of demographic registration is ineffective since it will cause unnecessary effort in case of information changes because the village staffs have to look for the file records manually. Talok Village also provides services of the issuance of several residence certificates and identity cards. However, residents find it difficult to apply for residence certificates and identity cards due to the lack of information. A web-based demographic administration service system was developed to overcome these problems. This system used the waterfall model and object-oriented approach and had been tested using the unit, integration, and validation testings. The unit and integration testings were conducted using the whitebox testing technique and resulting valid results. Meanwhile, the validation testing was conducted using the blackbox testing technique and resulting valid result. The result of this research is a web-based demographic administration service system.

Abstract

Bos Duren is a beverage shop in Malang that was founded in 2016. This shop sells several types of contemporary drinks with the main ingredients of durian fruit and coconut. The problem that occurs in Bos Duren Malang was that there are frequent human errors in recording transactions. Employees' errors can be seen from the low level of accuracy in calculating the number of sales and many sales transaction data recaps with different incoming money. The point of sale system was developed to solve these problems. Point of sale was expected to simplify the process of recording transactions. The waterfall model was used in the system development process. This research was conducted through a literature study, requirement engineering, design, implementation, testing, and decision-making. In this study, requirements engineering produced three actors, 37 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. This system has been tested using validation testing, integration testing, and unit testing. Testing on the system gets 100% valid for all tests. The test results show that the system was running and following the previous design and requirements engineering.
