Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 45 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu juga dengan variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pada untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman Dan Lingkungan Hidup Wilayah Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan dilakukannya penyebaran kuesioner, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besar pengaruh 72,2%. Secara parsial variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan juga variabel lingkungan kerja pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. FIFGROUP Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, data yang diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner kepada 45 responden yang diambil dari karyawan bagian Remedial Section Head PT. FIFGROUP Tasikmalaya. Penarikan sampel melalui sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh dan Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukann bahwa Pelatihan dan Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa Pelatihan yang dilakukan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan penempatan kerja yang diterapkan secara simultan dan parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. FIFGROUP Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of positioning and location on purchasing decisions at cafe shops. This study used a sample of 100 respondents from cafe shop consumers. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that positioning and location have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with an R-Square value of 68%. This shows that when the location and positioning partially effect are good and supportive, it will be able to increase the number of sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya, to determine the effect of career development on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya and to determine the effect of physical work environment and career development on employee work discipline at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya. The sample in this research is employees Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Sukapura Kab. Tasikmalaya in all sections, totaling 77 people. This research was conducted by collecting data using a questionnaire, and testing the data used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) The application of physical work environment and career development is very good and encourages the level of employee discipline; (2) Physical Work Environment and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline; (3) Physical Work Environment partially does not affect Employee Work Discipline; (4) Career Development partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between the cost of raw material variables in increasing production volume. The research method used is a qualitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach on a monthly scale, namely 36 months. What the writer examines consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the cost of raw material has a significant effect on production volume. This can also be seen from company data that each increase in the cost of raw material, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very close relationship between the variable costs of raw material in increasing production volume.
