Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Pengembangan SDM dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Harmoni Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Dengan sampel 40 responden Hotel Harmoni Tasikmalaya berdasarkan 40 data populasi yang diketahui. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi support SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Pengembangan SDM secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, begitu juga dengan variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan Pelatihan Kerja, Pengembangan SDM dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of raw material inventory and machine capacity on production volume (Case study on UMKM Raflesia Bordir Mukena at Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample data on raw material inventory, machine capacity and production volume for the period 2019 – 2021. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously raw material inventory and machine capacity has a significant influence on production volume. Partially raw material inventory has unsignificant on production volume. Machine capacity has significant on production volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama. In this study using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collected in the form of data is done by using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on the Work Productivity of UPT Medical Employees of Tanjungjaya Health Center. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 medical employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 49 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that the Work Environment and Workload simultaneously have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees. The Work Environment partially has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Medical Workers UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The workload partially has a significant influence on the work productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.
