Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of salary and trust on the work motivation of cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 193 respondents. Data analysis through validity instrument test and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, determination test, and t-test. The partial test results show that salary has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The same results were obtaining for the trust variable on work motivation. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence on salary and trust variables on work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection and placement of human resources on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency. The technique used to obtain data by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study is 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, to ensure that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, then performs hypothesis testing in finding out the significance of the independent variable on the dependent variable as well as making conclusions and calculating the determinant coefficient in finding out the magnitude of the thing affect the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used with the help of SPSS Version 23. The results studied in order to find a discussion for the thing being studied are the results of partial hypothesis testing showing that the selection variable (X1) and job placement (X2) have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency. This can be seen from the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. So the hypothesis which reads that there are things that affect employee performance on selection and placement at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 39 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji t pada variabel stres kerja dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 2,943 > ttabel 2.028 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka variabel stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan variabel lingkungan kerja nilai thitung sebesar 4,880 > ttabel 2.028 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji F maka diperoleh nilai fhitung sebesar 5,461 > ftabel 3,25 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan hipotesis diterima, berarti stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
