Abstract

Health is the most priority sector in all fields. The hospital as a community health service unit is an integral part of the overall health service that must work in an integrated manner to achieve development goals, namely the creation of community welfare. One of the parameters to determine the quality of health services is in hospital institutions by providing quality and good service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development, interpersonal relationships either partially or simultaneously, on employee survival at Puri Raharja General Hospital. The population in this study were Puri Raharja Hospital employees with a purposive sampling technique, namely: salary below the minimum wage, working for more than 3 years to fill out 110 questionnaires. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method which was filled out via Google Form. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial t test, simultaneous f test. The results of the research show: (1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee survival, meaning that the increasing employee compensation, the lower the desire to leave and remain employees. (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on survival, meaning that the better the career development is obtained, the higher the level of employee retention will be. (3) Interpersonal relations have a significant simultaneous effect on survival, meaning that the better the interpersonal relationships obtained, the higher the level of employee retention.
