Abstract

In schools there is what we are familiar with the term "Policy Management". Every process in the world of education has a goal just like policy management in elementary schools which has set goals and must be achieved at every point. There are various kinds of goals including short term goals (in the near future), medium goals and long term goals. Talking about school management policies, of course we are curious about the true purpose of policy management in schools and what effect they have on the quality of student learning. Students are required to be active and creative but is that enough in policy management at school? Of course not, there are many factors driving the success of improving the quality of student learning. . Policy management in schools can be interpreted as a management model that provides autonomy and flexibility to schools while at the same time spurring the participation of school members (both teachers, students, principals, employees) directly to improve the quality and quality of schools based on national education standard policies and laws and regulations. implemented. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of school management in improving the quality of education for elementary school students.
