Abstract

Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran produk di era digitalisasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan berupa pelatihan tentang branding strategy pada UMKM Batik Rang Minang Padang Panjang. Peserta yang hadir pada pengabdian ini bukan hanya dihadiri oleh anggota UMKM Batik Rang Minang, tetapi juga dihadiri oleh beberapa UMKM lainnya dari kota Padang Panjang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu hari pada Tanggal 26 Desember 2022. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, metode demonstrasi serta metode presentasi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan lima tahap yang meliputi pembukaan Pembukaan dan Penjelasan tentang Pelatihan Pemasaran Produk, pemaparan materi dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab, demonstrasi, presentasi hasil dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, para anggota UMKM sangat antusias mendengarkan materi yang dipaparkan dan mempraktekkan materi penyusunan kalimat copywriting yang benar dan mempresentasikan didepan anggota UMKM lainnya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini para pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran/promosi yang baik di era digital dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas konten media sosial yang telah dipilih yang dijadikan sarana pemasaran produk sehingga dapat menguasai pasar dan mampu bersaing dengan para competitor.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the phenomenon of death in literary work. The theme of death is sometimes ignored by literary critics because it is often seen as a spice in the story. In fact, the narrative of death has a very significant that determines the plot in the story. Ross (2009) a French psychologist put forward the theoretical concept of this phenomenon with the theory of death and dying. Psychologically, there are several stages that are experienced by people who are facing terminal illness or people who are left behind in the face of death. Departing from several conceptual deaths, the researchers determined the research data source in the form of a story by John Green entitled "The Fault in Our Stars". This phenomenal story is very well known among teenagers and has even been encrypted in the form of a movie. This story received various awards both in the form of a printed narrative and after being filmed. The story of this story is dominated by teenage romance and the struggle with cancer. However, it is interesting to study how the attitude of the people around them, including the main characters in dealing with death. By using Kubler Ross theory, there are two variables that would be found. First, the phenomenon of death and dying as the general perception in dealing with death and dying reflected in the story The Fault in Our Stars . Second, the psychological stages experienced by the character in facing death in the story.

Abstract

The development of communication technology has a significant influence on promotional media and marketing activities. Social media is one of the popular media and is considered effective in supporting the marketing of UMKM products. This study aims to look at the forms of social media use in the process of marketing UMKM products in West Sumatra. Using qualitative methods and a descriptive approach, the results of this study show that the forms of social media use vary from one UMKM to another. There are UMKM that consistently carry out direct selling and lose opportunities to build interaction with consumers. On the other hand, there are UMKM that have successfully marketed their products while building interactive relationships with their consumers by utilizing the features and facilities provided by social media platforms. This research adds to the academic corpus related to the use of social media for marketing MSME products at the regional level, especially in the West Sumatra region.

Abstract

Abstrak Proses  Produksi Televisi dan Film merupakan salah satu pengetahuan penting bagi siswa – siswi  SMK khususnya yang memilih jurusan dibidang tersebut. Namun sering sekali kegiatan proses produksi dilakukan dengan tahapannya belum sesuai, oleh karena itu sangat dibutuhkan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dan peserta didik di SMK Nasional Kayu Tanam tentang proses Produksi Televisi dan Film. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan pada pelaksaaan pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah. Adapun yang menjadi mitra/peserta pelatihan adalah guru dan siswa/ siswi SMK Nasional Kayu Tanam, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat  yang terdiri dari 6 orang guru dan 21 orang siswa/siswi. Ceramah diberikan dalam ruangan kelas yang dimulai dengan perkenalan, penjelasan materi, tanya jawab, dan pemberian doorprize. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi materi tahapan pra produksi, tahapan produksi dan tahapan pasca produksi TV dan Film. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman kepada guru dan peserta didik tentang pengetahuan proses produksi televisi dan film. Pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran melalui media audio visual, sedangkan bagi peserta didik dapat membantu kesulitan dalam belajar dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran  audio-visual. Pelatihan ini juga dilakukan dalam upaya untuk meningkatan SDM SMK Kayu Tanam dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing dengan kebutuhan industri global. Kata kunci: pelatihan; produksi; TV dan film AbstractThe Television and Film Production Process is an important piece of knowledge for vocational school students, especially those who choose to major in this field. However, production process activities are often carried out in inappropriate stages, therefore ongoing training is needed to be able to overcome these problems. The training activity aims to increase the knowledge of teachers and students at Kayu Tanam National Vocational School about the Television and Film Production process. The training method used in implementing this training is the lecture method. The partners/training participants are teachers and students of Kayu Tanam National Vocational School, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province, consisting of 6 teachers and 21 students. Lectures are given in the classroom starting with introductions, explanation of the material, questions and answers, and giving door prizes. The material presented includes material on pre-production stages, production stages and post-production stages for TV and film. This training activity was successful in providing teachers and students with an understanding of the knowledge of the television and film production process. This training can increase teacher creativity in providing learning through audio-visual media, while students can help with learning difficulties by utilizing audio-visual learning media. This training is also carried out in an effort to improve the human resources of Kayu Tanam Vocational School in producing graduates who are able to compete with the needs of global industry. Keywords: training; production; TV and film.
