Abstract

Muscle endurance is the ability of muscles to make repetitive movements over a period of time. The purpose of research is to find out about relathionship of energy consumption level and nutritional status with the muscular endurance of judo athlete in Satria Jaya Judo Club Denpasar City. Type of observational research by cross sectional design. The study sample was 58 people by the simple random sampling method. Data collected in the form of sample characteristics, muscular endurance, obtained from the results of muscle endurance 24 people (41,4%) in the excellent category and 2 people (3,4%) in the less category. From the results of energy consumption level of 27 people (46,6%) in the normal category and 5 people (8,6%) in the very poor category. From the results of nutritional status of 40 people (69,0%) in the normal category and 6 people (10,3%) in the obesity category. Pearson correlation test results showed a significant value of 0,00 0,01 that there is a significant relationship, the level of strength and direction of muscle strength with consumption. Kendall’s correlation test results showed a significant value of 0,003 0,01 that there is a significant relationship, the level of strength is quite strong and reversed between muscular endurance and nutritional status. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship of energy consumption level and nutritional status with the muscular endurance of judo athlete.Keywords: Muscular Endurance, Energy Consumption Level, Nutritional Status

Abstract

PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KONSUMSI ZAT GIZI MAKRO,TINGKAT KONSUMSI SERAT, AKTIVITAS FISIK BERDASARKAN KEJADIAN OBESITAS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 1 UBUD   ABSTRAK Obesitas adalah ketidakseimbangan jumlah energi yang masuk dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Obesitas disebabkan oleh kurangnya aktivitas fisik, tingginya asupan zat gizi makro dan kurangnya asupan serat. Prevalensi obesitas pada anak sekolah semakin lama menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro, tingkat konsumsi serat, aktivitas fisik berdasarkan kejadian obesitas pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ubud. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 94 orang dengan usia 9-12 tahun. Ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro (energi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat) berdasarkan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Tidak ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi serat dengan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Ada perbedaan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas (p0.05). Kata Kunci : Zat Gizi makro, serat, aktivitas fisik, obesitas DIFFERENCE OF MACRO NUTRITIONAL CONSUMPTION LEVELS,FIBER CONSUMPTION LEVELED, PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESBASED ON OBESITY EVENTS IN SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 1 UBUD   ABSTRACT Obesity was an imbalance in the amount of energy entering with what was needed by the body.  Obesity was caused by lack of physical activity, high macro nutrient intake and lack of fiber intake.  The prevalence of obesity in school children shows a significant increase.  This studied aims to determine the differences in the leveled of macro nutrient consumption, fiber consumption leveled, physical activity based on the incidence of obesity in students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ubud.  This typed of researched was observational with a cross-sectional design.  The sample size was 94 people aged 9-12 years.  There were differences in the leveled of consumption of macro nutrients (energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates) based on the incidence of obesity (p 0. 05).  There was no difference in the leveled of fiber consumption with the incidence of obesity     (p 0. 05).  There were differences in physical activity with the incidence of obesity (p 0. 05) Keywords: substances of macro nutrition, fiber, physical activity, obesity

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the degenerative diseases whose sufferers continue to increase every year. One characteristic of Diabetes Mellitus is an increase in blood glucose beyond normal. Several factors can affect the increase in blood glucose, such as : age, genetic, physical activity and consumption of carbohydrate. The purpose of this research is to find the relation between level consumption of carbohydrates and physical activity with blood glucose levels the elderly at Beraban Village, Tabanan. The kind of research is observational by cross-sectional design.  The amounts of sample are 91 people. Data of carbohydrate consumption levels were collected by the 2 X 24-hour record method, data of physical activity were collected by through interviews using physical activity forms, data of blood glucose levels were collected by taking blood using the Easy Touch GCU tool. Data was processed by Spearman Rank Correlation statistical analysis. Result of this research indicates that 60,4% of sample having less carbohydrate consumption, 63,7% having very mild physical activity and 92,3% having normal blood glucose levels. There is no correlation between the level consumption of carbohydrate and blood glucose levels (p 0,05). There was no correlation between physical activity and blood glucose levels (p 0,05).Keywords: Consumption of Carbohydrates, Physical Activity, Blood Glucose.

Abstract

Students participate in a lot of activities at school, so to support the implementation of school and extracurricular activities it is necessary to have a good nutritional status for students, energy consumption as needed, and maintain nutritional status by doing sports. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of energy consumption, exercise habits and nutritional status based on extracuriculler type of students in Senior High School No 1 Sukawati. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional design. The research site at State Senior High School No 1 Sukawati with a large sample was 75 people. Sampling was done using the Purposive Sampling method. Energy consumption level data is collected with 2x24 hour recall. Data on exercise habits were collected using a questionnaire. Data nutritional status were collected by anthropometric measurements. Analysis of differences with the Independent t-test. The results showed that the level energy consumption of basketball group and group of Paskibra that is there was no significant difference in the level of energy consumption of students. Then the sports habits of  basketball group and group of Paskibra there are no significant differences in students's sports habits. While the nutritional status of basketball group and group of Paskibra there are no significant differences in student’s nutritional status.Keywords: Energy consumption level, nutritional status,exercise.

Abstract

In general fitness is a series of one's ability to do specific physical activities. Eating patterns before, during and after exercise requires food both in terms of quantity, quality, variety and strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine eating patterns before, during and after exercise and physical fitness of takraw athletes at the Takraw Football Association of Bangli Regency. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional study design and 24 samples were taken. The data taken include eating patterns collected form recall, physical fitness by measuring VO2 max using a multi-stage run test (bleep test). The data obtained is processed according to the type of data and research objectives. Data analysis using frequency distribution tables and cross tables and then described descriptively. The linkage of physical fitness based on the type of food before exercise are mostly in the inappropriate category (83,33%), the linkage of physical fitness based on protein consumption are mostly below average (83,33%) and the linkage of physical fitness based on the meal times before exercises are mostly in the inappropriate categories (77,78%). The linkage of physical fitness based on the type of food after exercise are mostly in the appropriate category (88,89%), the linkage of physical fitness based on fat consumption are mostly below average (83,33%) and the linkage of physical fitness based on mealtime after exercise are mostly in the appropriate category (88,89%). Conclusion there is a tendency of distribution of physical fitness based on the type of meal before exercise and meal time before exercise.Keywords: physical fitness, diet, sepak takraw

Abstract

The prevalence of obesity in Indonesia for adults >18 years old increased from 10,5% in 2013 to 21.8% in 2018. This study aimed to determine the correlation between vegetable intake and physical activities with the obesity of Seka Teruna Teruni (STT) Eka Manggala Danendra Banjar Tengah. The type of research used was analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. The statistical test used the Spearman Rank correlation test. The research sample amounted to 64 people, with the sampling method being a non-probability random sample. The results showed that most of the respondents had a low level of vegetable intake (96.9%), the level of physical activities of the respondents was mostly moderate (54.7%), and there were 12 (18.8%) respondents with obesity. The physical activity conditioning with obesity status was significantly related with the p-value = 0.004 < (0.05) and the value of coefficient correlation = -0.356, which means that there was a significant and not unidirectional relationship between the level of physical activities and obesity status in members of STT Eka Manggala Danendra in 2022. The story of physical activities is a variable that affects a person's obesity status. Therefore, education about increasing physical activity and vegetable intake is needed to maintain the ideal body weight. Keywords: Obesity, Physical activities, Vegetable intake

Abstract

Berdasarkan konsep yang dikembangkan oleh UNICEF timbulnya masalah gizi pada balita disebabkan oleh faktor langsung yaitu asupan makanan dan infeksi penyakit, faktor tidak langsung yaitu ketahanan pangan, pola pengasuhan, dan pelayanan kesehatan. Faktor tidak langsung tersebut berkaitan dengan tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga. Desa Kapal berada di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Mengwi II, persentase balita gizi kurang (BB/U) 1,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan karakteristik ibu dan frekuensi kunjungan balita ke posyandu di Desa Kapal Mengwi Badung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Observasional dengan rancangan penelitian Cross Sectional. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan jumlah sampel 64 balita yang berumur 24-59 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan umur ibu (p = 0,004), ada perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan pendidikan ibu (p = 0,003), ada perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan pekerjaan ibu (p = 0,005), ada perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan pengetahuan gizi ibu (p = 0,000), dan ada perbedaan status gizi balita berdasarkan frekuensi kunjungan balita ke posyandu (p = 0,000). Disarankan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar memantau pelaksanaan posyandu, bagi kader posyandu agar meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang gizi seimbang, dan bagi ibu balita agar aktif mengajak balita untuk melakukan kunjungan ke posyandu setiap bulan
