Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of developing web-based learning media in class VIII Tajwid material at SMP IT Nurul Fadhillah, Bandar Setia. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the Borg and Gall development model consisting of 10 stages which have been modified with the development of using a mixing method, where there are potential and problem stages, information/data gathering stages, product design stage, product/design validation stage, design revision stage, product trial stage, initial product revision stage, usage trial stage, final product revision stage, dissemination and implementation stage. The results of this development research are 1) validation, design experts stated "very feasible", material experts stated "decent" and murotal experts stated "decent"; 2) there was a significant difference between the results of improving students' Koran reading skills between before and after using learning media web-based on the topic of nun sukun and tanwin law recitation.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada materi Tajwid kelas VIII SMP IT Nurul Fadhillah, Bandar Setia. Penelitian ini memakai metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Borg dan Gall terdiri dari 10 tahapan telah dimodifikasi dengan pengembangan using mixing method, di mana terdapat tahap potensi dan masalah, tahap mengumpulkan informasi/data, tahap mendesain produk, tahap validasi produk/desain, tahap merevisi desain, tahap uji coba produk, tahap revisi produk awal, tahap uji coba pemakaian, tahap merevisi produk akhir, tahap diseminasi dan implementasi. Adapun hasil penelitian pengembangan ini ada dua. Pertama validasi, ahli desain media menilai “sangat layak”, ahli materi menilai “layak” dan ahli murotal menilai “layak”. 2) terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil peningkatan keterampilan membaca Alquran siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media belajar berbasis web pada topik tajwid hukum nun mati dan tanwin.
