Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, current ratio dan return on equity terhadap earning per share pada perusahaan subsektor perdagangan besar dan perdagangan kecil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor perdagangan besar dan perdagangan kecil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 61 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian uji f dimana f hitung 370.640 > f tabel 2,66 dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, current ratio dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share pada perusahaan subsektor perdagangan besar dan perdagangan kecil tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian uji t dimana firm size dan current ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap earning per share, sisa return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap earning per share. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,912, artinya variasi variabel Firm Size, Current Ratio dan Return on Equity sebesar 91,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the direct influence of career adaptability and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 120 permanent employees of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This type of research is quantitative. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses Smart Pls, where it is hoped that the results of this research will be able to predict employee performance. The research results show that career adaptability and perceived organizational support directly affect employee performance. Then, perceived organizational support is assessed as the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors that greatly influence the development of a company. The success or failure of achieving organizational goals all depends on the ability of Human Resources or employees in the organization. These human resources are required to continue to be able to develop their abilities proactively in the organization. This study aims to determine whether the work environment, work motivation, work competence affects employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Pt. Sudira Makmur Indonesia. Research was conducted on 32 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 20 program, namely at the analysis stage of the data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, determination coefficient test (R2) and path analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate (1) There is a significant influence between work environment variables on employee performance, (2) There is no significant influence between work motivation variables on employee performance, (3) There is a significant influence between work competency variables on employee performance, (4) There is no significant influence between work environment variables on job satisfaction, (5) There is a significant influence between work motivation variables on job satisfaction, (6) There is no significant influence between work competency variables on job satisfaction, (7) There is a significant influence between employee performance variables on job satisfaction, (8) Work environment variables through employee performance have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (9) Work motivation through employee performance has no effect on job satisfaction, (10) Work competence through employee performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
