Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan dilapangan yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang Pendidikan Inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kegiatan workshop pendidikan inklusif yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Jayapura yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru Paud di Kabupaten Jayapura tentang Pendidikan inklusi. Kegiatan workshop diawali dengan pemberian pre test, pemberian materi, tanya jawab, praktek menyusun Program Pembelajaran Individual, mempresentasikan hasil kerja mereka dan diakhiri pemberian post test. Hasil yang didapat dari 30 peserta yang mengikuti pre test, 14 peserta mendapatkan nilai < 50 (46,6%), 14 peserta mendapatkan nilai 50-70 (46,6%) dan 2 peserta yang mendapatkan nilai > 70 (6,6%). Hasil post test dari 30 peserta, 13 peserta mendapatkan nilai < 50 (43,3%), 10 Peserta mendapatkan nilai 50-70 (33,3%) dan 7 peserta mendapatkan nilai >70 (23,3%). Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebesar 16,7 % terhadap peserta yang mendapatkan nilai > 70 sehingga terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru Paud setelah mengikuti kegiatan workshop.

Abstract

The problem in the study is that children with hearing impairment who always explode their emotions if what they want is not obtained, shout, cry suddenly or hit friends and teachers. Research was conducted to find out how the influence of instilling Christian values in children with disabilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive field research to describe the process of instilling Christian values for children with disabilities in Permata Christian Kindergarten. The handling of children with hearing impairment in Permata Christian Kindergarten is carried out by instilling Christian values (character) to children, teachers make themselves examples and role models for children and create a comfortable environment for children (teachers and other children always say positive words) so that with such an approach children do not feel themselves different from other children but feel accepted in their environment which is marked by a change in attitude in children with hearing impairment both emotionally and socially
