<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penerapan konsep keadilan restoratif sebagai alternatif dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan dan menganalisis faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan keadilan restoratif sebagai alternatif dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah metode empiris, dengan cakupan data skunder dan primer, penelitian dilakukan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana melalui alternatif restorative justice di wilayah hukum Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Selatan telah diterapkan dan berjalan secara efektif berdasarkan Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. The aim of the research is to analyze the application of the concept of restorative justice as an alternative in solving criminal cases in the jurisdiction of the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office and to analyze the factors that influence the application of restorative justice as an alternative in resolving criminal cases in the jurisdiction of the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office. The research method used in writing this thesis is an empirical method, with secondary and primary data coverage, the research was conducted at the High Court of South Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate that the settlement of criminal cases through alternative restorative justice in the jurisdiction of the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office has been implemented and is running effectively based on Prosecutor's Regulation Number 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice.]]>
