Abstract

This paper uses a theoretical approach to the conceptual study of educational innovation in the field of Higher Education and the use of Information and Communication Technology, as a fundamental support to achieve it. It is intended to present the idea of how the University is a producer of knowledge in a new culture and paradigm in which ICT generates a process of continuous transformation and improvement. Similarly, some educational technologies such as mobile phones and other mobile devices are in the classroom and can be a key element for learning. You should know what to do with them. That's the challenge that seats teachers around innovation. Special interest in technological innovations is manifested as the prerogative of relevance in the digital age. There is a certain consensus within the scientific community that is consulted, when understanding the educational innovations associated with the technologies of the digital age. It is important to value innovation as a procedural category that defines incremental or radical transformations to overcome, complement or enhance an object, process or phenomenon, which can be social, cultural, technical, productive, economic or environmental.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategi pendidikan yang dilakukan sekolah jenjang SD yaitu di SDN Rawagempol Kulon I Cilamaya Wetan dalam merumuskan kegiatan pada RKJM ( Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah ) agar terselenggaranya pelayanan pendidikan yang dapat memenuhi ketentuan dari PP 19 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dengan pemenuhan 8 standar nasional pendidikan yaitu standar isi, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar proses, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar, pengelolaan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar penilaian dan standar pembiayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan terkait masalah yang dibahas. Dengan metode ini diharapkan mendapatkan informasi atau data deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perencanaan strategi pendidikan SDN Rawagempol Kulon I Cilamaya Wetan telah tertuang dalam RKJM ( Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah ) sebagai acuan dalam proses pendidikan. RKJM adalah acuan tercapainya 8 standar nasional pendidikan dengan target pencapaian pada tahun 2023 walau banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pencapaian 8 standar tersebut. Juga hasil evaluasi diri secara detail dan rinci upaya yang diperoleh dari hasil raport mutu sekolah untuk setiap standar nasional pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa pengaruh zaman, saat ini pendidikan mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan seiring kemajuan zaman. Guru sebagai tokoh penting dalam pendidikan harus selalu menjaga dan meningkatkan profesionalitas guru agar guru mampu mengikuti perkembangan dunia pendidikan yang semakin berkembang setiap tahunnya. Dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mengupayakan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi profesional seorang guru. Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di MI Permata Bangsa, dimana sasaran dalam permasalahan adalah bagaimana perencanaan kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di MI Permata Bangsa Bandung. Penerapan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di MI Permata Bangsa Bandung. Penggunaan metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang menghasilkan data dalam bentuk deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi gabungan. Hasil penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada makna, karena menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the situation in schools where there is still a learning process that is not in accordance with the plan, the teacher implements learning that is not in accordance with the objectives and all lesson plans, the teacher has not been able to make learning evaluations, the teacher teaches but students cannot be conditioned because they have not mastered methods, models and other preparations, so that there are still teacher performances that require guidance and direction to overcome the problems faced by teachers. In improving teacher performance in the teaching and learning process (PBM), school principals have an important role in pursuing all matters related to improving teacher performance in the teaching and learning process (PBM). This study discusses the management of academic supervision to improve teacher performance in the teaching and learning process (PBM) at SDN 231 Sukaasih Bandung City, where the target in the problem is how to plan, organize, implement and supervise/evaluate school principals to improve teacher performance in the teaching and learning process (PBM) at SDN 231 Sukaasih, Bandung City. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring/evaluating of school principals to improve teacher performance in the teaching and learning process (PBM) at SDN 231 Sukaasih, Bandung City. The use of research methods in this research is qualitative which produces data in descriptive form. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study emphasize more on meaning, because it uses qualitative research methods.

Abstract

This research is motivated by discussions about character education that are increasingly crowded in Indonesian society. The attitudes and behavior of the people and nation of Indonesia today ignore the noble values that have long been upheld in their daily attitudes and behavior. Noble moral values such as honesty, decency, togetherness and religion are gradually being replaced by foreign cultures where these moral values are no longer considered important. The implementation of character education actually involves all aspects of education, starting from the government as the decision maker for the national education system, leadership, teacher expertise, infrastructure, curriculum and community support. However, teachers have the greatest influence. Teachers must work hard to educate students to become human beings who have character and character. Bandung. Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out the management of strengthening character education in improving students' attitudes at SDN 231 Sukaasih, Bandung City. The use of research methods in this research is qualitative which produces data in descriptive form. Data collection techniques in this study used a combined triangulation method. The results of this study emphasize more on meaning, because it uses qualitative research methods.
