Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti saat ini, perusahaan dan organisasi banyak menggunakan WAN (Wide Area Network) serta teknologi cloud service untuk mengimbangi dunia bisnis yang berkembang sangat pesat supaya memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam teknologi cloud service adalah terciptanya efisiensi waktu dan konsistensi data. Objek kasus dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan penggunaan WAN dan cloud service dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi point of sale (PoS) pada sebuah bisnis butik bernama RAIN yang memiliki 10 cabang di kota Surabaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapai oleh RAIN adalah infrastruktur jaringan yang disediakan oleh pihak mall dirasa kurang memadai untuk penerapan database terpusat, seperti jaringan kurang stabil dan berdampak pada aplikasi PoS yang tidak dapat beroperasi. Sehingga, kegiatan jual beli pada butik terganggu. Oleh karena itu, RAIN menerapkan database terdistribusi pada masing-masing cabang, akan tetapi masih terdapat permasalahan lain seperti sinkronisasi database yang dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini mengusulkan solusi berupa teknologi middleware yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi tersebut berisi algoritma sinkronisasi yang dapat bekerja saat jaringan sedang online maupun offline. Sehingga, aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja butik RAIN.

Abstract

The new coronavirus disease that was first identified in Wuhan, China, is referred to as the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19). The impact of this pandemic has affected various fields, one of which is education, and one of the consequences is the implementation of online teaching and learning processes. In this digital era, Telkom University is implementing CeLOE LMS as an E-Learning medium. CeLOE Learning Management System (LMS) is an online learning platform for regular and distance education study programs at Telkom University. For the application of CeLOE LMS, there has been no report that contains user acceptance of the use of CeLOE LMS that tested with an integrated model. Therefore, the solution offered by this research was to conduct an analysis to determine user acceptance of the application of the CeLOE LMS system by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model at Telkom University to produce report that can be used as a basis for further decision making by Telkom University in managing its services as the UTAUT Model attempts to clarify the intentions of students to use an information system and the usage actions of students. From this research, it was found that the CeLOE LMS has been accepted and used by Telkom University students with all hypotheses accepted, Performance Expectancy as the variable with the greatest influence, and it needs improvements related to technical infrastructure, organizational infrastructure, and socialization of CeLOE LMS due to the influence of Facilitating Conditions variable was the lowest.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have an essential role in helping the country in the economic sector. While there are several major problems faced by MSMEs, including manual financial records, no product standardization, and limited marketing scope. The solution to these problems is to align between MSME business goals and IT solutions that will be used. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is one of the best practices in making enterprise architecture that includes the design, planning, implementation and governance of IT-business that can be adjusted to the needs or problems in MSMEs. The case study of the application of TOGAF in this study used three food MSME objects, namely Kylafood, Maicih Chips and Bogares Beans with interview and observation methods. The enterprise architecture design for the MSME food category proposes that there are six main applications both utilizing existing applications and developing new applications, namely Microsoft Excel, e-marketplace, social media, the official MSME website, MSME operational management applications and accounting applications. The hardware that can support the application design are servers, routers, switches and PC / Mobile. With the support of IT systems and tools that are in line with business objectives, it is expected to be able to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs for marketing and increase profits for MSMEs

Abstract

One of the mobile application technologies that popular and enjoying extraordinary success in Indonesia is GoJek application. One of many services in gojek app is called go-food. Go-food provides food online service delivery that has three main users. There are merchants, gojek drivers, and customers. Many online food ordering applications have developed, and various issues have occurred, but there has not been much research on the topic. This research is using quantitative methods. Tools to get data is a questionnaire of 60 respondents. The results are validation data and structural model calculation use Smart PLS tools. From the measurement results, there are two variables that have a positive and significant effect (with a t-statistic score> 1.65) on the user's intention to use GoFood, namely the Social Influence and Perceived Control variables. There also performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition variables that have a negative effect (with a t-statistic score <1.65) on the user's intention to use the GoFood application.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang cepat sekarang ini telah mendorong pelaku bisnis untuk terus-menerus meningkatkan usahanya. Pengaruh teknologi informasi di dalam dunia bisnis dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup besar untuk kemajuan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Dampak teknologi informasi yang sangat besar tidak hanya berpengaruh pada perusahaan-perusahaan besar melainkan pada organisasi kecil seperti UMKM J&C Cookies Bandung yang juga tidak kalah saing dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnis mereka. Dalam menerapkan tujuan tersebut maka dilakukan perancangan Enterprise Archiecture pada UMKM yang lebih terstruktur dan sistematis. Dalam perancangan Enterprise Architecture sebaiknya mengikuti suatu pedoman atau best practice framework yaitu menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Dimana fase-fase pada TOGAF ADM meliputi fase Preliminary Phase, Phase A: Architecture Vision, Phase B: Business Architecture, dan Phase C: Information System Architecture. Hasil dari perancangan pada penelitian ini berupa Information System Architecture blueprint yang dapat digunakan sebagai arah bisnis UMKM kedepan sehingga tujuan bisnis tercapai. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi solusi dalam mengembangkan bisnis UMKM agar tidak tertinggal dengan perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has made information systems important in running an enterprise’s business. Therefore, companies need to increasingly adopt Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA is the basis for problems that occur in an enterprise by utilizing technological innovations in meeting the expectations of information system architecture. The design quality of the Information System Architecture model has been recognized as an important factor for the success of EA design in enterprises. In meeting this quality, it is necessary to test the relevance of EA to the needs of the enterprise. This study focuses on testing the relevance of Information System Architecture design using the Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). The quality principle of relevance has derived attributes, which are EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, and Level of Detail. Each attribute has an assessment method, whether qualitative, quantitative, or Yes / No. Relevance testing in this study will produce an Information System Architecture model in EA design that meets the quality principle of relevance in the EA quality framework. Keywords: Enterprise Architecture; Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework; Information System Architecture; Relevance Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadikan sistem informasi penting dalam menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu perusahaan semakin mengadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan landasan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dalam memenuhi harapan arsitektur sistem informasi. Kualitas perancangan model Information System Architecture telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk kesuksesan perancangan EA di perusahaan. Dalam memenuhi kualitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu pengujian relevansi EA terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian relevansi perancangan Information System Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). Prinsip kualitas relevansi memiliki atribut turunan, yaitu berupa EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, serta Level of Detail. Setiap atribut memiliki metode penilaian, baik yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau Ya / Tidak. Abstract

Abstract: Roeleven and Broer reveal that more than 66% of EA programs do not live up to expectations due to a failure to demonstrate sufficient value for the business. Business architecture has an important role to help companies achieve the desired business values. An organization also depends on how well the information provided on each artifact especially in the architectural business phase. That way, failure in business modeling can also have an impact on EA implementationw. Modeling artifacts in a good architectural business phase can help to avoid mistakes from the start, because the quality of the business modeling model will have an impact on the quality of information system design. Therefore, it need to test the quality of the model on every artifact in the architectural business, because many business models are not always of high quality. To have a high quality EA, one of them is by identifying a conceptual quality framework approach. There are six principles that must be considered when assessing the quality of a company model, in this study using the quality of the business architecture validity model with six attributes using the formal Petri net method.            Keywords: Enterprise Architecture; Business Architecture; Business Process; Validity,Attribute Quality  Abstrak: Roeleven dan Broer mengungkapkan bahwa lebih dari 66% program EA tidak memenuhi harapan karena kegagalan untuk menunjukkan nilai yang cukup untuk bisnis. Arsitektur bisnis memiliki peran penting untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diinginkan. Sebuah organisasi juga bergantung pada seberapa baiknya informasi yang diberikan pada setiap artefak terutama pada fase bisnis arsitektur. Dengan begitu kegagalan pemodelan bisnis juga dapat berdampak pada implementasi EA. Memodelkan artefak pada fase bisnis arsitektur yang baik dapat membantu untuk menghindari kesalahan sejak awal karena kualitas model pemodelan bisnis akan berdampak pada kualitas desain sistem informasi. Maka dari itu, kualitas dari pemodelan bisnis model telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk pemodelan sukses di perusahaan, serta perlunya untuk melakukan pengujian kualitas model pada setiap artefak pada bisnis arsitektur, karena banyak model bisnis yang tidak selalu berkualitas tinggi. Untuk memiliki EA yang berkualitas tinggi salah satunya dengan mengidentifikasi pendekatan kerangka kualitas konseptual. Terdapat enam prinsip yang harus dipertimbangkan ketika menilai kualitas model perusahaan, dalam kajian ini menggunakan kualitas model validity arsitektur bisnis dengan enam atribut menggunakan metode formal Petri net. Kata kunci: Arsitektur Perusahaan; Bisnis Arsitektur; Proses Bisnis; Validitas; Kualitas Atribut

Abstract

Semakin ketatnya kompetisi bisnis yang terjadi saat ini membuat sebuah perusahaan sangat tergantung dengan hubungan yang mereka miliki dengan pelanggan mereka. Pengetahuan tentang pelanggan tersebut nantinya akan dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan nilai-nilai kompetitif  baru bagi perusahaan. Jika sebuah perusahaan ingin memperbaiki kualitas pada pelayanan, maka hubungan perusahaan dengan pelanggan merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan sebagai bentuk sumber informasi untuk perbaikan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan. Pada penulisan kali ini penulis mencoba mengajukan ide penelitian baru mengenai keterkaitan antara penciptaan pengetahuan menggunakan model SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization), variabel dalam CKM (product quality, customer service, effective sales personel, effective communication dan social compliance) dan jenis pengetahuan untuk pelanggan (knowledge for customer, knowledge from customer dan knowledge about customer) yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan menggunakan variabel pengukuran SERVQUAL pada perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang nantinya akan menghasilkan sebuah model yang dapat diuji pada penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

Almost all aspects of life require information technology, starting from aspects of primary, secondary, and tertiary needs. Digital technology and innovation can support quality of life, higher standards of living, better public services for the community, and better use of resources to become new opportunities for a rural value chain in terms of better products and processes. Smart village is the concept of developing an independent village by providing services. Implementing smart villages will be the right solution to building a formidable and sustainable smart city to improve the quality of public resources and services. IGEA framework (Indonesian Government Enterprise Architecture Framework) is designed to build an enterprise architecture at the Indonesian government level to support the development of IT services to be better, more efficient, and effective. The phases used in architectural design using IGEA are the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture.  This study aims to analyze, design, and produce a blueprint for Enterprise Architecture by applying the smart village concept to overcome public service problems and improve the quality of apparatus resources and accountable governance in public services. The scope of this research is only in the preliminary phase of the business architecture. The result is architecture principle, goals, vision and mission, policy and regulation, solution concept diagram, and improvement of twelve business processes, and public service catalog.

Abstract

Sumur Bandung District is one of Bandung City's sub-districts that provides public services and empowerment to its residents.  The sub district faces a number of issues in carrying out its duties and providing services. One of the issues confronting Sumur Bandung Sub District is the lack of Final Waste Processing Sites (TPPAS). With the current waste management model, there will be more garbage piles in TPPAS, causing environmental problems for its resident. As a result, The implementation of one of the dimensions in the smart village, namely smart living, is required. by improving current waste management model and supported by technological innovation. However, technological innovation itself will cause new problems if management is seen only as an activity provision of software/hardware for automation needs. Based on these issues, it is necessary to create a Enterprise architecture design of waste management that aims to align technology strategy with business strategy, TOGAF ADM was chosen as the framework because it provides a method for developing, managing, and implementing enterprise architecture maintenance. The results of the design are in the form of a blueprint that can be used as a reference for Sumur Bandung Sub District to overcome issues.
