Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik organisasi dan komunikasi interal terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dalim Fideta Kornesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan, sampel yang sudah ditentukan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS v24 untuk menjawab fakta-fakta utama dengan menggunakan daftar kuesioner yang telah dijawab oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitia ini adalah karakteristik pekeraan berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dalim Fideta Kornesia. Karakteristk organisasi berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dalim Fideta Kornesia . dan Komunikasi interal berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dalim Fideta Kornesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Gedhong Kopi Karangkobar Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif sebagai metodenya. Metode kuantitatif berbasis ideologi positif adalah metode untuk mempelajari populasi atau sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari 100 orang responden. Pengambilan data yang di lakukan dengan cara memberikan seperangkat pertanyaan atau pertanyaan tertulis kepada responden untuk di jawab. Selain itu penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan menggunakan google from kepada pelanggan Gedhong Kopi Karangkobar. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner ata observasi secara langsung dengan analisis reresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hard skills, soft skills and self-ability on the work readiness of final year students at PGRI Semarang University. This research uses a probability sampling technique research method with a purposive sampling method. Data processing used the SPSS version 25 program. The population used in this research were final semester students at PGRI University Semarang and the sample used was 100 respondents from various study programs at UPGRIS. Primary data by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Hard Skill variable (X1) on the Work Readiness variable (Y) partially, with tcount 2.550 > ttable 1.984 with a significance level of 0.012 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between the Soft Skill variable (X2) on the Work Readiness variable (Y) partially, with tcount 4.472 > ttable 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between the Self-Efficacy (X3) and Work Readiness (Y) variables partially, with tcount 5.448 > ttable 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study began with findings that occurred at PT Hanchen Industrial Indonesia, where employees were less than optimal in carrying out their work. It can be seen from the decline in employee work productivity so that the company's targets are not achieved. In this research, it was found that there were several factors that influenced employee work productivity, including compensation, workload and work environment. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of compensation, workload and work environment on employee work productivity at PT Hanchen Industrial Indonesia. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with a total of 75 respondents. Data analysis in this research was carried out using the multiple regression method with the help of SPSS version 23 software. The results of the research show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity as evidenced by the t-count value of 4,454 > t-table 1,993, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity as evidenced by the t-count value of 2,621 > t-table 1.993 and the work environment has no effect and is not significant on employee work productivity as evidenced by the t-count value (-1.313) < t-table 1.993. Simultaneously, compensation, workload and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity as proven by the calculated F-value of 11,317 > the F-table value of 2.73. The Adjusted R Square determination value is 0.295 or 29.5%.
