Abstract

AbstrakIndustri UMKM di  Indonesia  saat ini begitu  pesat, hal ini terbukti dengan  sektor UMKM  mampu bertahan pada saat krisis ekonomi. Disamping  faktor  pendidikan,  munculnya  persoalan  perempuan    tidak  dapat dipisahkan  dari  faktor-faktor  ideologi,  struktural  dan  kultural,  ketiganya  saling  terkait menguatkan  suatu  situasi  yang  sangat  tidak  menguntungkan  perempuan. Peran  serta  wanita dalam berbagai sektor sangat tinggi, sesuai dengan kelebihan-kelebihan yang  dimiliki  wanita  seperti  tekun,  teliti,  ulet,  sabar,  jujur,  tangguh,  rasa tanggung jawab tinggi, kemauan keras, semangat tinggi dan disiplin. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah perlu memberikan pembinaan kepada UMKM yang dikelola perempuan dengan bantuan kredit lunak  dan  membekali  dengan  pelatihan  kewirausahaan  maupun  manajemen  sehingga  UMKM  yang dikelola perempuan bisa berkembang dengan baik. Kata Kunci: perempuan, usaha kecil menengah mikro

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen perempuan.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa prodi manajemen Universitas PGRI Semarang dalam hal keandalan, responsivenes, dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen perempuan.  Kinerja dosen perempuan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor reliability, responsibility, dan empathy sebesar 23,1 %, sedangkan sisanya 76,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi mempunyai peran yang penting yaitu sebagai pewaris, pelestari, dan agen kebudayaan mempunyai tanggung jawab yang tidak ringan.. Pelayanan akademik adalah suatu kegiatan akademik yang ditawarkan kepada suatu pihak (mahasiswa) baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan akademik. Kepuasan mahasiswa ditentukan oleh kualitas layanan yang berkaitan dengan akademik. Didasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji kepuasan layanan akademik mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Semarang. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dihasilkan bahwa tangibles berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah didukung. Reliability berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah didukung. Responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah didukung. Assurance berpengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa adalah didukung. Sedangkan yang terakhir empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah tidak didukung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of spatial literacy and financial planning by using household behavior as a mediator. The testing uses a mediation process using Smart PLS 3.0. Respondents were collected using an online survey using a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents used in this study was 102 respondents. Based on the results of data processing, financial literacy on financial resilience is not supported. Meanwhile, the effect of financial literacy on financial resilience by mediating household behavior is accepted. The hypothesis of financial planning on financial resilience is not supported. However, the effect of financial planning on financial resilience with household behavior as mediation is supported. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions which will also be discussed further in this paper.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, kepercayaan danresiko terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan transaksi non tunai di Bank BRI UnitSale Kabupaten Rembang pada kondisi pandemi Covid 19. Pengumpulan data penelitiandengan cara menyebar kuisioner survey offline dan survey online kepada 100 responden nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sale di Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik software IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan adanya pengaruh variable – variable kemudahan, kepercayaan dan resiko terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan transaksi non tunai. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari tingkat signifikansi kurang dari 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

Abstract

The marketing ability of a company can affect its financial capabilities. One of the company's benefits can be generated from the demand for products and / or services, and other business functions will not run if there is no demand. a company must obtain revenue if it wants profit. One of the elements to get income is from marketing products and / or services. The marketing mix is a collection of controlled tactical marketing tools that companies combine to produce the responses they want in the target market. The marketing mix consists of all the things a company can do to influence the demand for its products. These possibilities can be grouped into four groups. Among them are Products (Price), Price (Price), Place (Place), and Promotion (Promotion). In this study 100 respondents were used. Determination of sample size using simple random techniques. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Regression Analysis method. Data processing using the SPSS program. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at UKM Sentra Bandeng Tawang Mas Semarang. SME entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of important factors that determine the performance of their businesses, while still making improvements to the factors that are still lacking in implementation, in order to get better performance.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sources of information in this study are Vice Principals of Facilities and Infrastructure, Business Center Management, entrepreneurship teachers, and students involved in Business Center in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Validity of data is measured by data triangulation. Data were analyzed qualitatively by using interactive models from Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results show that Business Center is a potential training place to develop entrepreneurial character where students can have direct practice through it. Management of Business Center in developing entrepreneurial character by using management function that includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Business Center activities can be well directed to achieve so that students may have entrepreneur character which

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja, tambahan penghasilan pegawai (TPP), dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ASN di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 116 orang dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 116 responden. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan E-kinerja, Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP), dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Rembang.
