Abstract

Several phenomena that occur at this time such as those that occur in Bandung and Surabaya and even Jakarta about revitalizing city parks because of its relation to improving mental health of urban communities. A number of studies have examined this relationship, even with several factors and mediation in the utilization of city parks. In this study the frequency of visiting city parks became the factor studied in relation to improving mental health in urban communities. The study design was non-experimental with correlation analysis. The study was conducted on 62 participants who used the city park with incidental sampling techniques. The results of the study show that the more frequent the city park visits, the more the mental health of urban communities will be increased with a significance of .033 with p = .000 and p <.05. Keywords: Mental health, urban communities, frequency of visits, city parks Beberapa fenomena saat ini seperti yang terjadi di Bandung dan Surabaya bahkan Jakarta yaitu tentang revitalisasi taman kota karena dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan. Sejumlah penelitian telah mengkaji hubungan tersebut, bahkan dengan beberapa faktor dan mediasi dalam pemanfaatan taman kota. Dalam penelitian ini frekuensi mengunjungi taman kota menjadi faktor yang diteliti dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan. Desain penelitian adalah non eksperimen dengan analisis korelasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 62 partisipan yang menggunakan taman kota dengan teknik sampling insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin sering berkunjung ke taman kota maka kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan akan semakin meningkat dengan signifikansi 0,033 dengan p = 0,000 dan p < 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what is the influence of psychological conditions on the consumptive behavior of psychology students at Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang class of 2020-2021. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach, which places more emphasis on numerical data analysis or numbers that will be processed using statistical analysis methods of normality tests and simple regression. The type of research used in this study is a type of survey. Respondents produced in this survey amounted to 46 respondents who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. As for the method used in collecting data using online surveys via Google forms with a scale likert. There are two forms of questions that use Likert, namely positive questions to measure positive interest, and negative questions to measure negative interest. Positive questions were given a score of 4, 3, 2, and 1 while negative questions were given a score of 1, 2, 3, and 4. Form of Likert scale answers consist of strongly agree, agree, disagree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The results of the validity test on the consumptive behavior instrument show that there are 13 questions overall. The valid validity test results are 46 and the normality test results of ANOVA are 0.39% and the coefficients are 706%.
