Abstract

Keterampilan  berpikir  kreatif  dapat  dilatihkan  dengan  pembelajaran  berbasisBioentrepreneurhip. Bioentrepreneurship adalah pembelajaran yang mefokuskan pada penciptaan suatuproduk  bernilai  jual,    sehingga  sesuai  dengan  materi  bioteknologi  konvensional.    KomponenBioentrepreneurship  meliputi  team  based  approach,  focus  on  value  cretion,  connecting  student  to  theoutside  world,  dan  letting  student  act  on  their  knowledge  and  skill.  Keterampilan  berpikir  kreatif  yangdilatihkan  dengan  menggunakan  LKPD  berbasis  Bioentrepreneurship  meliputi  fluency,  flexibility,elaboration, dan  originality. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan keefektifan LKPD yangdikembangkan. LKPD dikembangkan dengan disain penelitian 4-D yaitu Define, Design, Develop,  danDisseminate.  Uji  coba  terbatas  dilakukan  di  SMA  Negeri  3  Tuban  kelas  XII  dengan  jumlah  24  pesertadidik.  Parameter  dalam    penelitian  ini  adalah  keefektifan  LKPD  ditinjau  dari  persentase  keterampilanberpikir kreatif, analisis  N-gain Score, penilaian produk, dan  respon peserta didik. Hasil belajar pesertadidik  ditinjau  dari  nilai  pretest  dan  posttest  yang  di  analisis  menggunakan  N-Gain  Score  mendapatkanskor  dengan  kategori  tinggi  Tes  keterampilan  berpikir  kreatif  dan  hasil  penilaian  produk  mendapatkanskor  rata-rata  85,8%  dan  90,41%  dengan    kategori  sangat  efektif.  Respon  peserta  didik  mendapatkanskor rata-rata 98,75 dengan kategori sangat efektif.Kata kunci: Bioentrepreneurship, berpikir kreatif, bioteknologi konvensional.

Abstract

Character education in a place of study must involve all indicators (educational actors), including parts of education itself, namely teaching content, study procedures and assessment, management or administration of teaching. Indonesia seems to have lost local wisdom that has built character for centuries, such as fights between students and acts of corruption in all regions and institutions. Public lies that have become a habit do not have legal certainty because our laws can be bought and sold, even this country lacks figures who can be concrete models for society to emulate. Public concern for the development of national character is also a concern of the government. To improve national character education, various investments have been made in various places and various government agencies, especially in various units of the Ministry of Education. Development work is related to various levels and educational pathways, but not yet comprehensive. The community's desire and the government's concern for national character education then accumulates in the government's cultural and national character education policies and becomes one of the government's flagship programs for at least the next 5 (five) years. The application of Indonesian character education is not independent, but integrated with existing teaching by incorporating components of Indonesian character and culture. Indonesian education which increases technical knowledge based on the components of Pancasila, because it is not appropriate, only emphasizes one point of view of knowledge and values. Character education carried out in places of study is based on a political component originating from society, which requires the participation of all indicators (stakeholders), including parts of education itself, namely curriculum content, study procedures and evaluation, quality relations, administration or teaching management

Abstract

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD is a child who has a disorder that attacks children and makes it difficult for the sufferer to focus on one thing at a time. The role of parents and teachers is needed for children with special needs and is a supporting factor for the success of children with special needs in inclusive education. The involvement of parents in education is a driving and determining factor in the development of inclusive education. This study aims to determine the role of teachers and parents in children diagnosed with ADHD at SDN GONDRONG 4. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods so that the data exposure is easy to understand. The selection of research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one GPK teacher, (special assistant teacher), and one student diagnosed with ADHD. The results of the study indicate that there are students with special needs who are categorized as ADHD. Students who have ADHD have difficulties during the direct learning process such as difficulty concentrating and recognizing letters.

Abstract

Work fatigue is a warning that the body is experiencing decline both physically and psychologically. Work fatigue affects drivers because it can result in traffic accidents. This research aims to find out or see whether there is a relationship between work period, workload, length of work and work fatigue of Bone Makassar public passenger transport drivers. The research uses analytical methods with a cross sectional approach. The number of research subjects was 80. The sample was selected using a total sampling technique with instrusments in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed Univariately and Bivariately.The results showed that there was a relationship between workload and work fatigue with (p-value 0.001), while the length of work and working period were not related to work fatigue that occurred in the drivers of public passenger transportation in Bone – Makassar with (p-value 0.733), (p-value 0.111) respectively.Based on the research, it was concluded that the factor related to work fatigue of public passenger transport drivers is workload. Advice for Bone – Makassar public passenger transportation drivers is expected from drivers to always set a regular rest schedule, try to have a regular and consistent work schedule. Avoid working too long or neglecting adequate rest.
