Abstract

This paper aims to examine the concept of rukyah al hilal by using the approach of the hadiths of the Prophet saw. As a second source of law. This study is of a literary nature, namely by looking for several sources of hadith from the book of Jami' al hadith an-Nabawi with the analysis used is content analysis. The findings of this study reveal that the understanding of the scholars in understanding the Prophet's hadith about Rukyah al Hilal has differences. The diversity of pronunciations provides several meanings in understanding and using the hadith, thus triggering differences of opinion among the scholars. This difference interprets the word Rukyah axiologically as a method for obtaining new moon data at the beginning of the month so that in understanding it there are three methods, namely the Rukyah method, the reckoning method, and the Isti'mal method. Thus, it becomes an obligation that must be carried out by every Muslim to try to find out the new moon, either through direct observation (ru'yat al-hilal), or using the reckoning method for people who have the expertise and ability to perform calculations or use reckoning. if the hilal is not conclusively known, then the people fall into a doubt on that day, the Prophet forbade fasting on the day that is in doubt, it is considered committing disobedience

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an provides freedom in trade which is marked by the concept of buying and selling. However, this buying and selling is sometimes tainted by the behaviors of individuals or groups who hoard goods which cause instability in the economy which results in crises and even inflation. This is none other than to get a big advantage. The seller of the goods deliberately keeps the goods and will sell them when the price of the goods rises. Therefore, in carrying out trading business activities or in all other forms of seeking sustenance, it must be carried out with a fair concept, not in a way that harms only one party or benefits only one party, but must be based on the way that Allah swt. pleased. This study aims to find out the basic concept of hoarding of goods (Ihtikâr), to know the concept of hoarding of goods from the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy, and to be able to find out the things that are a factor in the occurrence of hoarding of goods (Ihtikâr). The methodology used by researchers is descriptive qualitative method. With an approach to the philosophy of Islamic law. The results of the study show that hoarding of goods is basically prohibited or unlawful. Whereas in the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy with the concept of Mahasin al-ahkam or mazaya al-ahkam (the virtues of Islamic law) and Thawabi al-ahkam (characteristics of Islamic law) arising from the hoarding process, the law changes to be permissible with considerations for the benefit of the ummah, one one of them is the stockpiling of basic commodities carried out by Bulog by preparing food reserves when a staple food crisis occurs and maintaining market price stability.

Abstract

Zakat is a religious obligation while corporate social responsibility is a corporate obligation as a form of concern for the surrounding community. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the concept of zakat funds and corporate social responsibility uses the maqashid sharia approach. The data collection technique used by researchers is the library research method, namely library research. The library method is research conducted by reading books or magazines with other data sources in the library. The results of this study are that zakat is not a goal, but zakat is a tool to achieve the goal of realizing social justice in an effort to alleviate poverty. Efforts to manage zakat in a productive-active-creative manner in the maqashid al-shariah perspective are policies that cannot be avoided for the benefit of the people, the welfare and prosperity of the poor. Corporate Social Responsibility or often known as CSR is a company's commitment to economic development to improve the quality of life that is useful for the company and society in general. The implementation process is in accordance with the provisions and principles of sharia, both implicitly and explicitly. With the hope that it will provide value of worship for stakeholders

Abstract

Community Service with the title “Pelatihan Pembuatan Gula Merah Cair dan Pemasaran E-Commerce di Desa Tapango Kecamatan Tapango Kabupaten Polewali Mandar”. This activity is based on the conditions of making brown sugar whose manufacturing and marketing processes are still simple, very simple. Through this community service activity, training will be given on procedures for developing brown sugar products and the online marketing process through e-commerce. Product development is carried out by providing training to the public about processing liquid brown sugar so that the brown sugar they market is not only in simple form, but the product can be further developed and will have an impact on higher selling value (economic value). With a high selling value, it will have an impact on brown sugar sales revenue which will increase. Furthermore, after providing training on how to manage liquid brown sugar until it reaches the stage of packaging the product properly so that the liquid brown sugar is ready to be marketed. After product development, they will also be taught about online marketing strategies through various social media applications such as Facebook and Instagram. Apart from that, there is also online marketing in one of the number one online shop applications in Indonesia, namely the Shopee application. In this way, it is hoped that the brown sugar products they produce will not only be marketed on a local scale but will be able to compete on the national scale market.
