Abstract

Many small and medium business actors (UKM) in Indonesia still find it difficult to get capital from banks, because they do not understand the contents of the agreement and do not have collateral. The formulation of this research problem is how the credit agreement between the bank and SME actors, and the purpose of the study is to obtain information about the credit agreement between the bank and the actor. Use can provide information to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Research methods are normative juridical. The results showed that the implementation of the agreement carried out by BRI KCP Jati Asih could not be separated from the provisions of the Civil Code. Even though the credit agreement is not clearly regulated in the Civil Code, but the elements of the credit agreement cannot be separated from the provisions contained in the Civil Code. The agreement entered into by the bank with SMEs uses a standard contract. With a standard agreement, there is an imbalance in the position between the bank and the debtor, and also the clauses in the agreement are burdensome to the debtor. The conclusion that in the implementation of bank credit always follows the principle of prudence, this is to prevent bad credit. To foster and enhance these beliefs, banks always use the 5C principle analysis, namely character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition of economy.

Abstract

Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019 sangat memberikan dampak yang meluas di beberapa Negara salah satunya di Indonesia. Dampak ditetapkan sebagai pandemi oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020, tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan tetapi berpengaruh secara ekonomi yang berakibat kegiatan ekonomi menjadi terhambat salah satunya usaha dibidang non perbankkan yakni Leasing. Adapun masalah bagaimana dampak Covid-19 terhadap Perjanjian Kredit antara masyarakat dan Perusahaan Leasing. Dengan demikian terkait dengan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yang merupakan salah satu tugas Tri Dharma Pergurun Tinggi, maka dilaksanakan penyuluhan. Dengan tujuan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang dampak covid-19 terhadap perjanjian kredit oleh perusahaan Leasing di masa pandemi covid 19. Metode pelaksanaan penyuluhan yaitu narasumber dalam hal ini Dosen menyampaikan materi penyuluhannya dan dilakukan sesi tanyajawab. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di Desa Mekarmaju dengan sasaran sebagai peserta yaitu masyarakat dan dihadiri sejumlah 21 orang. Desa Mekarmaju ini merupakan Desa Binaan Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Islam Jakarta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat dilihat dengan antusias masyarakat untuk mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini sampai selesai.

Abstract

Electronic transactions or buying and selling online are very popular among students. Until now there are no rules regarding age limits in electronic transactions or buying and selling online so that students or teenagers can make electronic transactions. This study aims to find out and analyze the regulation of online buying and selling transactions carried out by students or teenagers so that they can determine the legal consequences of online buying and selling transactions carried out by students or teenagers. The results showed that most of the MAN students in the Yogyakarta area had made buying and selling transactions through online shops. Even though the ITE Law doesn’t set an age limit for online buying and selling transactions, online buying and selling transactions are still subject to the Civil Code. Online buying and selling transactions carried out by students or teenagers have violated subjective requirements, giving rise to the legal consequences of electronic contracts. The need for special rules regarding age limits in electronic transactions and settlement mechanisms if one of the parties is a student or teenager who is not old enough. Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi reference manager dalam menunjang penulisan karya ilmiah seperti tugas akhir mahasiswa kini semakin dianjurkan. Mendeley sebagai salah satu aplikasi mampu mengelola referensi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lainnya sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam menyusun referensi yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara langsung (offline) yang kemudian dihadiri oleh 20 peserta yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Jakarta. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan Mendeley, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dalam Menyusun tugas akhirnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu Pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksankan dalam dua tahapan yaitu tahap penyampaian materi dan selanjutnya tahap praktek penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley secara langsung. Mahasiswa dibimbing secara langsung oleh para narasumber sampai setiap peserta memahami dan mampu mempraktekannya. Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa sebagai peserta mendapatkan pemahaman materi dan kemampuan dalam menyusun referensi tugas akhirnya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.

Abstract

This research aims to make efforts to analyze, collect data and information related to internal communication, motivation, organizational commitment, work ethic, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results of this study provide practical benefits in managing organizational organizations, especially for Pesantren Mambaul 'Ulum Duku Puntang-Cirebon This research design is descriptive and explanatory quantitative, with multivariate analysis methods. The research sample amounted to 205 people. Data collection with questionnaire instruments and analyzed with structural equation models. The results of the study (1) Internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, but has no significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, but has no significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, but has no significant effect on employee performance;: (4) Work ethic has an insignificant effect on employee performance, but a significant effect on job satisfaction; (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance; employees and (6) The significance of the strength value of the dependent variable is evident through the calculation of the square value of multiple correlations (R2) for both job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

In writing scientific work, it is necessary to use the Reference Manager application to support various forms of assignments in lectures, and student final assignments, now increasingly recommended because it is considered important. In using Mendeley, as one of the applications, it can help in managing scientific references such as books, journals, and other Constitutional references and articles. This can facilitate the preparation of references that are not small in number. Therefore, this training activity was organised face-to-face with the participation of 25 participants. The participants were students of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the afternoon class in semester 4 of the Islamic University of Jakarta. With the Mendeley training, it is hoped that students can smoothly use the application in preparing their final assignments. The method applied in this service is through training. This activity is divided into three stages, namely (a) training preparation, (b) delivery of materials and direct practice of using the Mendeley application, (c) monitoring of activities and (d) training evaluation. Through this activity, it is expected that participants, namely students, can understand the material and have the skills to compile their final project references using the Mendeley application. Keywords: training mendeley; final project; students. Abstrak: Pada Penulisan Karya ilmiah di butuhkan suatu penggunaan yaitu dengan aplikasi Reference Manager untuk mendukung berbagai bentuk tugas pada perkuliahan, dan tugas akhir mahasiswa, kini semakin disarankan karna dianggap penting. Dalam penggunaan Mendeley, sebagai salah satu aplikasi, dapat membantu dalam mengelola referensi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi UUD serta artikel lainnya. Hal ini dapat memudahkan dalam penyusunan referensi yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara tatap muka dengan partisipasi 25 peserta. Para perserta merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan ekonomi kelas sore pada semester 4 Universitas Islam Jakarta. Dengan adanya pelatihan Mendeley, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat dengan lancar menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dalam penyusunan tugas akhir mereka. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni (a) persiapan pelatihan, (b) penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley, (c) Monitoring dari kegiatan dan (d) evaluasi pelatihan. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan panduan langsung dari narasumber hingga setiap peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut pada aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta, yaitu mahasiswa, dapat memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan untuk menyusun referensi tugas akhir mereka menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Kata kunci: pelatihan; tugas akhir; mahasiswa.
