Abstract

Identifikasi yang salah menyebabkan pasien menerima prosedur tindakan medis yang tidak benar. Kesalahan yang mengakibatkan pasien cedera dapat berupa ketidaktepatan identifikasi pasien yang berakibat kesalahan atau keterlambatan diagnosis, kegagalan dalam bertindak, kesalahan pengobatan, dan kesalahan dosis atau metode dalam pemberian obat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan identifikasi dalam melakasakan sasaran keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan study kasus. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap pelaksanaan identifikasi pasien di salah satu ruangan perawatan rumah sakit di Bogor. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar cecklist yang disesuaikan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur identifikasi pasien di rumah sakit tersebut. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan kepada 5 orang perawat setiap hari dalam jangka waktu 5 hari berturut-turut. Hasil observasi didapatkan masih ada perawat yang belum patuh dalam melaksanakan penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur Identifikasi Pasien. Hasil wawancara didapatkan bahwa; “…SPO tersebut sudah disosialisasikan oleh kepala ruangan, perawat sudah memahaminya. Tetapi saat akan melakukan tindakan kepada pasien langkah-langkah identifikasi tidak dilakukan…” Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yaitu Identifikasi Pasien yang dilakukan oleh perawat belum optimal.

Abstract

Background: One of the non-pharmacological intervention techniques that can be used is the guided imagery relaxation technique. When doing Guided Imagery Relaxation it produces endorphins. Endohrpin is a neurohormone associated with pleasant sensations so it is expected to lower blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of Guided Imagery Relaxation on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This type of research is Quasy Experiment with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the population that will be taken in this study is the community of the Cikalongkulon Cianjur Health Center in people with hypertension aged 45-70 years who do not experience complications and do not regularly take hypertension medication. The number of samples is 16 respondents. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test. Results: From the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test analysis, it shows that there is a significant effect between Guided Imagery Relaxation and a decrease in blood pressure in the Working Area of ​​the Cikalongkulon Health Center, Cianjur p-value 0.002 (<0.05). Conclusion: From this study it shows that there is an effect of guided imagery relaxation on reducing blood pressure in the Working Area of ​​the Cikalongkulon Health Center.

Abstract

Indonesian nurses in Japan have pressures such as language barriers, culture, halal food for Muslims and long working hours which will make it difficult to find prayer time, these things which make it difficult for Indonesian workers will certainly have an impact on mental health, while the region, style life. and jobs that can cause stress and anxiety. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between environment and socio-culture with the work stress of Indonesian nurses in Japan. This research method is correlation analysis with a cross sectional study design. Respondents totaled 40 people using the total sampling method. Using 3 questionnaires, namely Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Revised Sociocultural Adaptation Scale (SCAS-R) questionnaire. Statistical analysis uses the Chi-Square test. The research results showed that the relationship between the environment and the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan obtained a p-value of 0.002. The socio-cultural relationship with nurses' work stress levels obtained a p-value of 0.001. The conclusion is that there is an environmental and socio-cultural relationship with the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan.
