Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap IHSG periode 2016 hingga 2020 yang dilakukan baik secara menyeluruh ataupun sebagian. Populasi yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang telah melantai di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Data yang dipakai adalah data bulanan untuk seluruh variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Metode sampel jenuh digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan dan diperoleh sebanyak 60 data bulanan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi, suku bunga BI, dan nilai tukar rupiah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG secara parsial dan suku bunga BI berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap IHSG

Abstract

Payakumbuh City makes UKM one of the businesses that support the lives of its people. It is proven that around 97% of the SME sector dominates business activities in Payakumbuh City. One of the factors that support the development of SMEs in Payakumbuh City is the strategic geographical location of the city of Payakumbuh, namely on the crossroad from Riau Province to West Sumatra Province. In recent years, Payakumbuh City tourist destinations have also developed rapidly. The development of tourist sites and the increase in the number of tourists visiting the city of Payakumbuh also impact the number of SMEs in the city of Payakumbuh. However, this threatens old SMEs in Payakumbuh City, especially family business SMEs that have been around for a long time. Many family business SMEs complain of difficulties in maintaining good business performance. A large number of new competitors with almost similar business products and the low ability of SMEs to innovate in the products they offer are suspected to be the substantial cause of the decline in the performance of family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City. The low knowledge and financial management skills of MSME actors exacerbate this phenomenon. Based on the problems faced by family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City, it is necessary to develop an effort to increase competitive advantage through various approaches, namely rising entrepreneurial orientation and financial literacy of family business SMEs in Payakumbuh City.Keyword : SMEs performance, family business, entrepreneurial orientation, financial literacy, competitive advantages

Abstract

Fluctuations in currency exchange rates result in the value of the company's debt of import payment to be uncertain because any time may be changing. Companies can do hedge techniques to protect the value of the import debt or leave it in a state without the hedge. The purpose of this research is to know the value of the company's debt of import when using forward contract hedge, money market hedge, and open position and choose the most efficient method. This research uses import transaction data of PT Pertamina (Persero). The analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and calculation with Microsoft Excel. From this research, it is found that there is no difference in the average value of the company's import debt when using forward contract hedging technique with an open position. But there is a difference when using money market hedge technique with the open position. The result of the research is the value of import debt is more efficient when the company uses open position or without the hedge.

Abstract

AbstrakAnalisis laporan keuangan digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan bisnis suatu perusahaan dilihat dari sisi pengelolaan keuangan. Analisis rasio adalah salah satu dari banyak analisis yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah keadaan keuangan perusahaan dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan setelah dan sebelum IPO dengan membandingkan rasio likuditas perusahaan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website idx.co.id. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat penurunan kinerja perusahaan setelah IPO dibandingkan sebelum IPO dilihat dari rasio lancar, rasio cepat, dan rasio kas perusahaan.Kata Kunci: kinerja perusahaan, likuiditas, initial public offering
