Abstract

Community empowerment is essentially bringing out the potential that already exists in people or groups by offering support and increasing awareness of this potential with the aim of empowering people or groups to achieve their goals or produce effective societal changes that can change and improve socio-economic welfare. -in their environment. Community Service Lecture (KKN) activities are educational in the sense of providing learning opportunities to students outside the classroom. In Srimukti Village, KKN SEJATI 2023 will be implemented through service modalities such as outreach, learning, and creativity. The results show a good response from the community and children from the active involvement of SD Nahdlatul Wathan Srimukti.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work stress on the performance of STAR ABC employees. The research method used is quantitative research, where this research is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 55 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the leadership t-statistics value is 4,089 or > 1.96. So it is stated that there is a significant influence between leadership variables on employee performance. And based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.419 or <0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value is 0.808 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is no significant influence between the work stress variable on employee performance.

Abstract

Kajian atau artikel ilmiah terdahulu erat sekali kaitan nya dengan teori yang akan dibahas. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan begitu penting pula dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan memiliki fungsi guna memperkuat teori serta penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable serta memperkuat variable-variable dalam penelitian atau artikel yang akan ditulis. Artikel ini akan membahas review mengenai Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Loyalitas Kerja, yaitu sebagai berikut ini: Lingkungan Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Insentif, ketiga variable tersebut adalah suatu studi literatur Manajemen Kinerja. Tujuan dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah guna membangun sebuah hipotesis dalam suatu pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan untuk riset selanjutnya. Hasil pembahasan dari artikel literature review ini adalah seperti berikut: 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kerja; 2) Stress Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kerja; dan 3) Insentif berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kerja.
