Abstract

Community service, one of the main tasks according to Tridharma, was carried out to optimize e-learning in the learning process for lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Palangka Raya (UPR). The issue being discussed was e-learning not being optimally used in FEB due to lecturers’ and students’ perceptions that e-learning was not a user-friendly platform. Hence to solve this problem, several implementation methods were being used, which were online and offline coaching clinics on the use of e-learning for lecturers, e-learning workshops for students, preparation of effective guidance modules, and creation of e-learning Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The result after implementing the community service activities showed that the perceptions about e-learning were resolved after attending the community service activities which resulted in the growth of users from the lecturers and students.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) with the theme financial education aim to build a culture of financial literacy among Isen Mulang Palangka Raya Middle School students. PKM activities were initiated and implemented by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Palangka Raya University. There were 16 students who attended this educational activity consisting of 6 class VII students, 3 class VIII students, and 7 class IX students. Student enthusiasm is very high. This is demonstrated by the high level of interaction between students and presenters as well as responses from written questionnaires distributed by the Team at the end of the activity. There are 7 questions related to financial management asked by students to the presenters as well as 12 quizzes from the presenters which the students are able to answer.

Abstract

The results of available natural resources became a village potential that deserved to be developed as an independent effort for the village's well-being. This research aimed to reveal the potential of the local wisdom-based village in Talekoi and Danau Bambure Village as an effort to strengthen the IKN buffer areas. Qualitative research with phenomenological designs was the analytical tool. Research informants comprised two village chiefs, two public figures, and two youth figures. Data collection methods included partitional observations, in-depth interviews, and document study. The data analysis used was an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result of the research showed that the stink bean farm and salted fish processing from Talekoi Village was an economic activity for promising village potential. Furthermore, lake tourism and clean water in Danau Bambure Village became the leading potential in utilizing local wisdom-based village potential and preparing the village's well-being to strengthen the IKN buffer areas.

Abstract

The purpose of the accompaniment is to support students; entrepreneurial practices through the learning process of entrepreneurial courses in the classroom through Google Meet learning media and business practice in the area outside of the college in Palangka Raya City. The accompanying activities are carried out for six months in the academic year 2023/2024 in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Palangka Raya, involving sixty students. The methods of accompanying are discussions, question and answer, and entrepreneurship. The output has successfully aroused the interest of students to start entrepreneurship independently to sell their products creatively. This activity creates entrepreneurial interest among students and is in accordance with MBKM policy in encouraging the development of students' entrepreneurial interests. This clarifies the balance in the process of learning activities carried out in the classroom and outside college.
