Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pencegahan penularan covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menerapkan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah. Konsep bekerja dari rumah yang telah diterapkan oleh banyak negara adalah pengaturan kerja yang sengaja dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan karyawan. Sementara itu, yang terjadi di Indonesia merupakan dorongan akibat pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang menguntungkan bagi karyawan dan bagaimana kesejahteraan subjektif karyawan yang menjalankan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah serta menganalisis hubungannya terhadap outcome bekerja dari rumah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil mengisi kuesioner online. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 340 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memiliki hubungan kuat dengan outcome bekerja dari rumah adalah kesempatan bekerja pada waktu produktif dan ksesuaian bekerja dari rumah. Kesejahteraan subjektif memiliki hubungan kuat dengan kepuasan secara keseluruhan yang dijelaskan dalam bentuk perasaan positif.

Abstract

The fading of nationalism is a real threat to Indonesia, especially the younger generation. The flow of modernization has an impact on the weakening of the spirit of nationalism of the younger generation and considers nationalism as a mere formality. Weakening nationalism can be a trigger for national destruction if it cannot be prevented wisely. This service activity aims to foster the spirit of nationalism through strengthening Pancasila nationalism to students of SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. This activity was carried out using a persuasive approach method in lectures, discussions, and question. The results of the activities carried out showed an increase in students' understanding of Pancasila nationalism. The students showed high interest in participating in the service activities. The high interest of the students can be seen from their enthusiasm in listening to the material as well as when interacting in discussion and question. The challenge of future activities is to carry out further activities so that the spirit of nationalism is even stronger.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of Sk computer, through financial analysis aspects and non-financial analysis aspects. Where each aspect of this analysis becomes a basic assessment to determine feasibility in business. The analysis method used uses several analyzes from financial analysis aspects including financial aspects, market and marketing aspects, and non-financial aspects including human resources aspects, environmental aspects, cultural and economic aspects, and legal aspects. And the results of this research become an assessment to see the feasibility of the business and to become material to improve the Sk computer business.

Abstract

This business feasibility study aims to analyze the potential and feasibility of establishing a kimbab Mekanan Brooh business. The research method used is descriptive with data collection through observation, survey, and interview. The results of the analysis show that the kimbab market opportunity is quite large seen from the interest and purchasing power of consumers. The marketing strategy is focused on brand image building and menu innovation. Technically, the initial capital is Rp565,000 with a 1-month payback. The form of business entity is an individual business with 7 employees. Financial analysis shows that it is feasible to run with several factors. In conclusion, Mekanan Brooh's kimbab business is worth establishing because it has good prospects in terms of market, technical, management, and financial aspects.

Abstract

In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises operating coffee shops in the creative industry, including the Meine Welt Coffee coffee shop business, have continued to show their presence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of a coffee shop business at the Meine Welt Coffee Shop Business and use a qualitative approach, which is a research method that produces descriptive data, to find out the expectations of a managed business if it can provide financial benefits Collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the feasibility of the Meine Welt coffee shop business in Palangka Raya includes a study of various aspects such as legal, environmental, market, technical, managerial, and financial aspects to determine business feasibility.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business feasibility and sustainability impact of "Outdoor Plus" stores as an effort to increase MSMEs. The research methods used are qualitative with data collection through documentation, observation, and interviews. In sustainability analysis, this store emphasizes an integrated approach by utilizing open space to support the visibility of MSMEs products. Loyalty programs, creative marketing strategies, and involvement in local communities are key points in achieving marketing success. Research results show that Outdoor Plus stores have achieved operational efficiency through modern cashier systems, computerized stock management, and online payment integration. Holistic marketing strategies have also succeeded in increasing market share and building strong customer relationships. In addition, effective human resource management, strict legal compliance, and commitment to environmental sustainability have established a strong foundation for sustainable growth. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the potential of sustainable business at the MSMEs level, while providing insights for related stakeholders.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) with the theme financial education aim to build a culture of financial literacy among Isen Mulang Palangka Raya Middle School students. PKM activities were initiated and implemented by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Palangka Raya University. There were 16 students who attended this educational activity consisting of 6 class VII students, 3 class VIII students, and 7 class IX students. Student enthusiasm is very high. This is demonstrated by the high level of interaction between students and presenters as well as responses from written questionnaires distributed by the Team at the end of the activity. There are 7 questions related to financial management asked by students to the presenters as well as 12 quizzes from the presenters which the students are able to answer.
