<![CDATA[This reserearch is motivated by the lack of Quran memorization caused by several factors, including the limited educational facilities and teachers to help memorize the Quran. The recording method of Quran in the House of Quran Daarut Tarbiyah is still using conventional recording that causes the data santri and rote data is not centralized and well documented. For that, through this research has been done design and development of mobile application prototype for the institution of Android-based Quran memorizers. The application development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which corresponds to a short development time and as needed. RAD method consists of four stages namely the stage of planning needs, design, construction and implementation. This research produces a prototype of mobile application for an Android-based Quran memorizing institution that is aimed at making the Quran House Tarbiyah LIPIA Pasar Minggu can be simplified in daily recitation or evaluation of institutions, teachers, and students.]]>

<![CDATA[STIMIK ESQ menggunakan sistem e-learning dalam mendukung proses belajar dan mengajar. Tetapi sistem e-learning yang digunakan tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan sistem e-learning belum membangkitkan minat dan motivasi mahasiswa dan collaborative learning belum terwujud. <![CDATA[PT. Logix System Technology is a foreign investment company (PMA) that performs software implementation and software development in manufacturing industry. According to the number of staffs, this company is categorized as a small company. The company has been finding problems in delivering product to customers. Management wants to improve performance of the delivery process and solve the problems by adopting Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).The implemetation of CMMI for PT. Logix System Technology is the theme of this research. Products of the research are weaknesses in current running processes of PT. Logix System Technology and their recommended solutions according to CMMI guide. To achieve the desired results, this research has been conducted the following steps: literature studies, data collection by means of direct interview, and analysis. Continuous representation model and CMMI Roadmap have been selected. Assessment was performed by applying appraisal steps in Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C. The results are lists of weaknesses of the current running process and their recommended solutions according to CMMI. These results can be used by PT. Logix System Technology to improve their processes.]]>

STIMIK ESQ use e-learning system to support teaching and learning process. But the e- learning system used is not utilized optimally, so that it can be concluded that the use of e-learning system has not generate interest and motivation of students and collaborative learning has not yet materialized. Therefore, comparison is done on most features in the e-learning system that has been used by STIMIK ESQ, namely Moodle, Edmodo and Google Classroom.

<![CDATA[Current technological developments indirectly have an impact on the development of the database and internet industries. The ease that is always provided bytechnology in helping the daily lives of users makes market demand bigger. A website is a collection of related web pages, including multimedia content, usually identified with a common domain name, and published on at least one web server that provides an open platform for developers to build websites on various devices.This also affects organizations such as AIESEC, the difficulty of its members in completing many and complicated Behavioral Assessment makes its members not do mandatory things in the organization. This study aims to build a website that helps AIESEC members conduct behavioral assessments. The research used SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach with the Waterfall model. This Behavioral Assessment Support System website was built using MySQL. The programming language used is PHP. The framework used is Laravel. The result of this study is the development of a prototype website-based BehavioralAssessment Support System.]]>

<![CDATA[E-learning is well-known as learning tool to support learning process ecpecially in formal education. However, utilization of e-learning will be reduced if it is viewed only as a tool, not as a part of the learning process. This study was conducted to get the perceptions of lecturers and students in their views on the use of elearning and provide recommendations on learning model through DIKW model and SKI concept. Qualitative research through interviews of 15 lectures and students was conducted to get perceptions about utilization and process of e-learning, teaching style and commitment.The results of the study show that there are differences in perceptions between lectures and students regarding the use of e-learning. Some of lecturers consider e-learning as a tool of learning, but students view e-learning as another form of learning model that contains active interaction between lecturers, expert and students.]]>

Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to a persons success is influential, but it turns out that Emotional Quotient (EQ) also plays an important role in ones success. This has been proved by several studies that are partly mentioned in this study. Although it has been proven, but support to help improve the EQ has not been found because this science is still relatively new and not a concrete science that can be measured with certainty. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build an application that can help students in improving its EQ. This app is created by having two sessions, the first session is the EQ test and the calculation using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. For the second session is to issue the best advice by weighting on each suggestion to get suggestions based on EQ results. The software development method used in this research is RAD (Rapid Application Development) because it has the advantage of speed side to build a prototype. The result of this research is the application of expert system embodied in Android based mobile applications, Fuzzy logic used has advantages in detail, but in terms of category is still similar to boolean logic. And this application can perform EQ test and issue suggestions as planned.
