Abstract

Islam sangat memperhatikan aktivitas muamalah ummatnya. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya ayat dan hadits serta ijtihad para ulama yang membahas tentang muamalah untuk meraih kesejahteraan manusia di dunia, bahkan ayat terpanjang dalam al-Qur’an yaitu surat Al-Baqarah (2) ayat 282 menurut Ibnu arabi mengandung 52 hukum ekonomi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa islam juga memperhatikan aktivitas muamalah untuk ummatnya disamping memperhatikan masalah ibadah. Oleh karena itu, pada artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dan kaidah dasar transaksi yang merupakan bagian dari sistem ekonomi. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan library research sebagai jenis pendekatan penelitian yang berdifat yuridis normatif. Selain itu kajian dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, dimana peneliti mencoba menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan prinsip-prinsipr serta kaidah transaksi dalam sistem ekonomi syariah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu prinsip-prinsip pokok transaksi dalam Islam, diantaranya: Pembayaran dan pemberian barang dari jual beli haruslah berdasarkan pada kesepakatan kedua belah pihak; prinsip kerjasama yang menguntungkan; menjaga kepercayaan dalam bertransaksi;bebas dari riba; dilakukan dengan cara-cara yang benar; transaksi dilakukan pada objek yang halal; dan tidak curang atau menipu.

Abstract

Praktik bisnis merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan industri. Bisnis dalam aktivitasnya berusaha menggunakan berbagai sumber daya yang terdiri dari manusia, material dan waktu. Dalam pemahaman eksistensialisme, Eksistensi manusia selalu memiliki kebebasan sejauh tindakannya mendatangkan manfaat bagi eksistensi hidupnya. Di dalam Islam kebebasan manusia sangat dihormati. Namun kebebasan tersebut bukanlah tidak ada batasnya. Al-Hurriyah (kebebasan) dan Al-Mas’uliyah (tanggung jawab) termasuk dalam prinsip ekonomi Islam.oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan tidak untuk meligitimasi sistem ekonomi tetapi justru untuk memberi pertimbangan kritis sehingga ekonomi dapat mencapai kesejahteraan dan keadilan bagi seluruh manusia.

Abstract

Islamic banking is an Islamic economic phenomenon that has become an alternative and increasingly popular with people around the world, including millennials. Not only to accommodate the interests of Muslims, but also to integrate personal interests and community benefits in a balanced form. Islamic banking in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid development. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia certainly has a very important role in building the Islamic economy. This can be used as a great opportunity by Bank Syariah Indonesia in optimizing its role to support the country's plan to develop Islamic finance in Indonesia. It can be seen that the number of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia is still far from expectations when viewed from the large Muslim population in Indonesia. This indicates that there are still many Muslim residents in Indonesia who still do not use the services of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. This indicates that there are still many Muslim residents in Indonesia who still do not use the services of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. This can arise by several factors that are the reason why the Indonesian Muslim population is still reluctant to use the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The large gap between the Muslim population in Indonesia and the number of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the attractions for researchers to conduct an analysis of the Factors Influencing Public Interest in Saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).Interest can be interpreted as an interest or tendency to choose what is desired. One example is the interest and tendency towards interest in saving, for example a religiously inclined person will choose Islamic banks over conventional banks because based on Islamic religious law which prohibits his people from transacting ribawi (interest). According to (crow & crow 1998) states that there are six that affect interest, namely: income factors, job stability factors, financial goal factors, risk avoidance factors, knowledge factors, social and cultural environmental factors.While the author in conducting this study used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques used was to conduct structured interviews to the community with the help of research instruments in the form of mobile phone cameras as photo documentation and recordings during interviews with the people of Bandung City which at this time became a source of research information. The results obtained from research conducted by the author to the people of Bandung city resulted in income, risk avoidance / security factors and social and cultural environmental factors are factors for people interested in saving their money in Indonesian Islamic banks (BSI). Abstract

The wealth that a person has is a trust, and people who have wealth have more opportunities to do good deeds, namely alms and alms. it is to meet the needs of the students of the illustrious Human Pillar Foundation. In managing alms and alms money, a strategy is needed to develop alms money in its collection and distribution so that it can be utilized as much as possible. Anfak means spending part of the property or income / income for a benefit ordered by Islamic teachings. Sadaqah is giving something without any reward because it only expects the pleasure and reward of God Almighty. Fund raising is the business activity of financial institutions in attracting and collecting money from the public and absorbing it in the form of deposits, demand deposits and other securities deposits. Distribution is the distribution of goods to many people or to several places. Strategy is a comprehensive approach related to the idea, planning, and implementation of an activity. In conducting this research, the author used descriptive qualitative methods, and data sources were obtained using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews, documentation, and literature reviews related to depth strategies and handout collection. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the collection strategies carried out are, charity funds, regular donors, branch trustee receivables, donor commitment, online alms by transfer. The distribution strategy implemented focuses on Hafez/Hafiza students at the Institute, namely to fulfill all the needs, needs and obligations of Institute students. Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for using the crowdfunding platform in an effort to increase fund collection, and to determine the implications of using the crowdfunding platform in an effort to increase the collection of ZIS funds at LAZ Lidzikri Bandung. This research uses field research and a qualitative approach. And the data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Interviews were conducted directly with the fund raiser, deputy head of the institution, and head of the institution. Collect information in the form of photos, data and other documents. This research uses data analysis with an inductive method. The conclusion of this research is that the Amil Zakat Lidzikri Bandung Institute has started implementing crowdfunding or raising funds through digital technology. And the implications of crowdfunding implemented at LAZ Lidzikri have had a positive influence in increasing the number of donors and funds.

Abstract

Business development is so rapid. This encourages business people to be smart in attracting consumers to increase their sales. One way is to implement a marketing strategy through social media. This research aims to determine digital marketing strategies for increasing sales turnover at Helny Shop Majalengka, and to determine the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics regarding the use of digital marketing to increase sales turnover at Helny Shop Majalengka.This research is field research with qualitative descriptive methods, data sources from primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document methods. From this research it was found that, firstly, digital marketing was carried out by Helny Shop Majalengka to increase sales turnover, namely reducing business promotion costs with a high level of efficiency, being able to provide information about the products offered, having an attractive appearance on social media, playing a role in communicating between business owners and consumer. secondly, from the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics at Helny Shop Majalengka, namely prioritizing four things that are key success factors in business management by the characteristics exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. Namely Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh. The results of this research are that the digital marketing carried out by Helny Shop Majalengka is considered effective by utilizing various features on social media such as Facebook. However, the owner of Helny Shop Majalengka must understand more about digital marketing and must understand the features of the Instagram application to further increase sales turnover. From the perspective of Islamic business ethics, Helny Shop Majalengka has implemented the Prophet's business principles, namely, Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh.
