Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to utilize online marketing strategies to increase public awareness of RHTB (Tanjungpura Independent Hydroponics House) products and enhance purchasing decisions, thus maximizing profits. Therefore, the objective of this PKM is to provide the right online strategies to boost sales and maximize profits. In this Community Service Program, there are five stages for the methodology, which include observation, planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation. The results of this PKM indicate that the training program for implementing online marketing strategies for RHTB products in Tasikmalaya is effective as it helps understand how to implement online strategies, influencing purchasing decisions, and maximizing profits.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the increase in realization, but it does not reach the predetermined budget in 2018 and 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari after being designated as BLUD in 2018 and 2019. In its financial management, Puskesmas Payungsari must have constraints that are faced, problems regarding the budget are something that cannot be avoided. Sometimes high planning targets are not proportional to low budget realization or vice versa. This type of research is a case study. Data obtained by doing documentation. Quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques are used to measure financial performance based on financial ratios. The results show that the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari after being a BLUD in 2018 and 2019 is seen from measurements using financial ratios such as cash ratios, current ratios, accounts receivable collection period, asset turnover fixed, fixed assets consideration, equity compensation, inventory turnover, and the ratio of PNBP to operating expenses. From the calculation of these financial ratios, the total score fluctuates, from these results based on the Regulation of the Director General of Treasury NUMBER PER-36 / PB / 2016, it can be concluded that the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari in 2018 and 2019 is MEDIUM criteria in predicate B.

Abstract

Perekonomian di Indonesia kini didominasi oleh keberadaan UMKM. Perkembangan UMKM yang signifikan tak lepas dari adanya potensi kegagalan dalam pertumbuhannya. Kurangnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan khususnya laporan laba rugi menjadi salah satu faktor kegagalan yang sering terjadi dalam UMKM. Kampung Panyusuhan memiliki sektor UMKM terkenal dibidang kuliner yaitu UMKM Kue Ice Cream Cingcau. Pembukuan keuangan pada UMKM ini masih sangat sederhana bahkan tidak memiliki laporan laba rugi atas usahanya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, penulis ingin memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan laba rugi pada UMKM Kue Ice Cream Kampung Panyusuhan. Pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi 5 tahapan, diantaranya wawancara dan observasi, identifikasi masalah, persiapan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan, pihak UMKM Ice Cream Cingcau merasa terbantu, mulai mengerti serta dapat memahami pentingnya laporan laba rugi bagi UMKMnya dan juga dapat menyusun laporan laba rugi sederhana dengan benar.
