Abstract

Korean culture in Indonesia is reaching its peak of popularity. One of them is a culinary culture that is developing and acceptable to local people. Korean Culinary Business is quite interesting to see further. One of them is Donggeurami Restaurant which is a Korean culinary business design. Donggeurami Restaurant is a restaurant that sells Korean specialties and also Korean fusion with local flavors. Donggeurami Restaurant's target market is in the age range of 20 to .. years located in Tangerang and its surroundings. This restaurant will be built in Gading Serpong and is aimed at people who like innovative Korean cuisine. This business feasibility study was conducted to assess the feasibility of the Donggeurami Restaurant business which can be seen from various aspects, namely marketing aspects, operational aspects, human resource aspects, and financial aspects. Based on studies conducted through questionnaires to 400 respondents and other secondary data, the Donggeurami Restaurant business is feasible to run.
