Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of significant compensation, leadership, and motivation to job satisfaction. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested with primary data with the total sample 35 respondents collected through structured questionnaire using non probability sampling method. Writer use questionnaire as method of collecting data,  The Questionnaire use Likert Scale such as 1 (Strongly Disagree), 2 (Disagree), 3 (Rather Disagree), 4 (Rather Agree), 5 (Agree), 6 (Strongly Agree). Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis concludes that there is simultaneously a leadership effect, compensation , and motivation to job satisfaction.Keywords :, leadership, compensation,  motivation, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significant effect of green perceived risk on green purchase intention, to analyze the significant effect of green viral communication on green purchase intention, to analyze the significant effect of green perceived value on green purchase intention, to analyze the significant effect of green satisfaction on green purchase intention to analyze the significant effect of green perceived risk on green satisfaction, to analyze the significant effect of green perceived value on green satisfaction, to analyze the significant effect of green viral communication on green satisfaction. The population in this study consumers of green product users in Medan The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with random sampling techniques and data analysis uses EVIEWS 10. The data collection method also uses a Likert scale questionnaire data one to six. The results of the analysis using eviews 10 resulted that there was a significant effect of green perceived risk on green satisfaction, there was no significant effect of green viral communication on green satisfaction, there was a significant effect of green perceived value on green satisfaction, there is a significant effect of green perceived risk on green purchase intention, there is no significant effect of green perceived value on green purchase intention, there is a significant effect of green satisfaction on green purchase intention, there the significant effect of green viral communication on green purchase intention.

Abstract

The individual personality factors that usually affect consumers' purchasing decisions include age or life cycle stage, job, economic condition, lifestyle, personality, or self-image. The consumer's purchasing decisions related to goods depends on various factors such as brand, quality, after-sales services, warranty, advertising, rebates, offers, discount, mode of payment, display, salesperson behavior, store location, and many more. Grand Duck King Restaurant Medan has confirmed that the number of consumers has been decreasing these recent months. It has been suspected that this problem is due to consumer factors. The research objective is to determine whether individual factors affect consumers' buying decisions using the EKB model and analyze how strong the effect of individual factors is on consumers' purchasing decisions using the EKB model. The population that the writer used is the consumers at grand Duck King Cambridge Medan, which are 101 people; by using Slovin's Formula, the sample size is 81 consumers, and use the simple random sampling technique which the consumers have the same chance to be chosen as the sample. The results from the analysis are individual factors that affect consumers' purchasing decisions at Grand Duck Restaurant King Cambridge Medan, and personal characteristics have a strong and positive effect on consumers' buying decisions at Grand Duck King Restaurant Cambridge Medan. Abstract

Kopi chuseyo is a coffee shop that stands in the middle of the proliferation of k-popers in indonesia. this coffee shop with a k-pop nuance gets loyal customers and has high purchasing power. kopi chuseyo elevates k-pop as an endorsement and brand image that differentiates it from other coffee shops by implementing a good marketing strategy to achieve a competitive advantage. the research objective was to develop a conceptual model of repurchase intention using the expectation confirmation theory AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) Model. the population of this research is consumers who have ever consumed chuseyo coffee in indonesia. the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total of 108 respondents. the study results in a brand image significantly affected repurchase intention; celebrity endorsement advertisement had no significant effect on repurchase intention. Ckuseyo coffee must maintain the brand image that consumers feel to increase consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

Hospitality is the largest and fastest growing industry in the world. The hospitality industry offers the best service and the best foods which provide in hotel. Many ways are done to increase the quality of service and food in hotel to get customer’s satisfaction. A hotel has many departments for its operational activities. One of them is Food and Beverage Department. Food and Beverage Department has important responsibility to maintain the quality of food and beverage service and product. Food and Beverage Department has many subdivisions that are responsible for maintaining the duties of each division. Consumer behavior is the decision-making process by consumers in selecting, buying, using, and taking advantage of product service or experience to satisfy consumers’ needs and desires. In this research, the author will discuss Customer Behavior at the Hotel JW Marriott Medan that aims to know more about customer characteristics and how to deal with them to give customer satisfaction. Based on the research, the authors also discussed about the regular guest who stayed in our hotel, about what they expect in five star hotels and how the staff look affect the perception of the hotel that in the end hotel to all these solutions that might be used as a input to the hotel. This research is expected to give a boost for hotel to resolve the problem and improve the quality of service the banquet aims to get customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. This study used quantitative methods and data analysis techniques of Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data used primary data collected through a questionnaire. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 220 samples. The data was processed by using SEM. The results of the study concluded that financial literacy had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, student lifestyle had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, and parents’ social economics had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management. The novelty of this research was the Correlation model of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. The results of this study can be a reference for further research that can be applied in other organizations.

Abstract

Puff You! is a Café Specialize Choux located in Greenville, West Jakarta. Puff You! offers the main product Choux gluten-free with the taste of the Indonesia flavors which can provide an opportunity for consumers who cannot eat desserts containing gluten. Puff You! is not only selling dessert choux but also equipped with various types of coffee, tea, and snacks. Puff You! target market are people who from 15 years and above who live in West Jakarta, but it is possible if people who live outside DKI Jakarta visit Puff You! The main purpose of this business feasibility study is to test and assess whether Puff You! can be stated as a business idea that is feasible to run into a real business, seen from various aspects, such as market and marketing aspects, operational aspects, organizational and human resources aspects, and financial aspects. Abstract

Tourism must be directed to truly realize capacity, equity, empowerment and sustainability in building communities. Especially in the era of the pandemic, with the new normal, it is hoped that tourism can become one of the pillars of people's lives. Kampung Keranggan, located in South Tangerang, is one of the tourist villages that has been recognized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy as being in the "Developing" category. This study wants to examine how the implementation of tourism village development in Keranggan Village through the principles of sustainable tourism in accordance with the four pillars in Ministerial Regulation no. 14 of 2016 / Ministerial Regulation No. 9 of 2021, namely management, economic, socio-cultural and environmental sustainability. This study method is descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collection through interviews, field surveys and implementation of focus group discussions. From the study, it is identified that Kampung Keranggan has begun to implement the four pillars of sustainable tourism destinations, although there are still several aspects that need to be improved.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a plan that is carried out to capture the market, using the 8 Ps Marketing Mix strategy. The research objective is to analyze marketing strategies, internal and external factors for developing tourist villages in West Bandung Regency which can increase tourist visits. The sample used in the study used purposive sampling. This study uses a qualitative approach. The analysis used in this study uses a SWOT analysis. By implementing the 8 Ps marketing mix, the marketing strategies that can be applied include improving facilities and accessibility to Suntenjaya Village. Improve facilities and accessibility to Cihanjuang Rahayu Village. During the COVID-19 pandemic, products can be made in the form of virtual tours so that people can still enjoy them. The study results found that marketing strategy was done through several social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok that can be used according to the age segment of tourists. can be enjoyed by tourists which can be done online, make natural and cultural tour packages in each village, carry out cooperation with the campus by providing training related to tourism and hospitality in order to provide excellent service in tourist villages. Communities who take part in tourism management in the village are given training related to their expertise so that they can provide excellent service for tourists. Careful planning and marketing can reduce the harmful effects of tourism development.

Abstract

The diversity of culinary tourism in Pangkal Pinang makes these culinary specialties have a significant potential to be exploited as supporting services in the development of culinary tourist potential. Culinary tourism is an option in addition to other sorts of tourism that visitors to Pangkal Pinang are already familiar with, such as cultural tourism, nature tourism, and marine tourism. This study intends to identify culinary tourism items based on native food ingredients present in Pangkal Pinang City, as well as challenges encountered in the process of establishing Pangkal Pinang City-specific culinary tourism. Culinary tourism is one of the attractions for both domestic and foreign tourists who want to sample various varieties of local cuisine, particularly in Pangkalpinang City. It is also envisaged that it will stimulate the expansion of the creative sector, particularly those relating to culinary tourism, particularly in Pangkalpinang City. The goal of this study is to find local food-based culinary tourism that has the potential to promote culinary tourism in Pangkalpinang City. so that it can look for goods with the potential to be developed from these local food ingredients and study the growth of local food ingredients in Pangkalpinang City This is a descriptive study that employs both primary and secondary data. According to the findings, there are 12 different types of culinary tourist goods based on local food ingredients found in Pangkalpinang City.
