Tingginya kasus kematian ibu dan bayi erat kaitannya dengan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat, pengetahuan ibu terhadap kehamilan, hingga keterlambatan rujukan ke fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem rujukan persalinan peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Tanjung Langkat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, serta studi literatur. Sistem rujukan persalinan di Puskesmas Tanjung Langkat dilakukan jika ditemukan pasien dengan kondisi partus tidak maju, denyut jantung bayi lemah, ketuban pecah dan pendarahan. Sistem rujukan bagi pasien BPJS hanya dapat dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit tertentu, sedangkan bagi pasien umum dapat dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit manapun yang pasien inginkan dan dapat langsung dilakukan tanpa surat rujukan. Namun, terdapat hambatan yang dialami dalam proses rujukan, yaitu kondisi jalan yang berlubang dan sering terjadi kemacetan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem rujukan persalinan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan diharapkan bagi Pemerintah setempat agar lebih memperhatikan infrastruktur tersebut untuk mempermudah akses masyarakat, khususnya bagi tenaga kesehatan yang ingin melakukan rujukan, baik pasien biasa maupun persalinan.

Gastritis occurs due to inflammation in the lining of the stomach that can cause pain. Gastritis is often referred to by the term "mag" which is characterized by a systemic infection of the stomach. The purpose of this study was to review several literature studies related to the influence of diet on gastritis disease. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) which is carried out istematically with the correct protocol or following stages. This study revealed that thereis an influence of diet on the incidence of gastritis. An irregular diet such as rarely eating breakfast, rarely eating 3 times a day willmake it difficult for the stomach to adapt. If this happens over a long period of time, there will be an excess of stomach acid which causes the stomach mucosa to become irritated and gastritis arises. The main factors causing the large number of students who experience gastritis are irregular eating (not eating 3 times a day), often consuming fast food (junk food) because it is considered more practical, and stress due to the large number of college assignments. Juvenile delinquency occurs along with the development of technology, where their behavior is deviant and violates norms to the occurrence of crime. In this phase, a good role and communication between parents and children is needed because there are many emotional, cognitive and physical changes.This study aims to determine the form of parenting and communication of parents in teenage motorcycle gangs in Jati Utomo Village, North Binjai, North Sumatra and the method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This research data collection technique uses interviews, observations and literature studies. The subjects of the study were several motorcycle gang members and several neighborhood heads in Jati Utomo Village. The results of this study show that the form of parenting greatly affects the way adolescents get along, as well as the communication built between parents and children which is a guide in determining their social environment. Teenagers make the community formed as a forum that can express themselves and get a very wide scope of friends. While the form of parenting they get from parents is very minimal, ranging from teaching responsibility, mentoring worship problems and solving social life problems they experience
