Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurangnya asupan gizi anak akibat dari lemahnya ekonomi dapat menjadi penyebab stunting secara langsung, namun dapat diatasi dengan upaya diversidikasi pangan lokal yang ekonomis. Melakukan permberdayaan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting. Penyuluhan stunting dan pendampingan pengolahan kue modern kastangel berbahan dasar tepung ikan seluang yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan yaitu sejak bulan juli sampai dengan bulan September 2022 di Posyandu Papikau Kelurahan Sungai Tiung Banjarbaru. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Posyandu Papikau Kelurahan Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru, di hadiri sebanyak 12 orang ibu. Kegiatan penyuluhan tentang stunting dan kandungan gizi ikan saluang serta pemanfaatannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan para ibu tentang stunting dan keterampilan pengolahan kue berbahan dasar ikan seluang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan kepada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Kelurahan Sungai Tiung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Ibu Hamil, Diversifikasi Pangan Lokal, Ikan Seluang, Stunting  ABSTRACT Lack of child nutrition as a result of a weak economy can be a direct cause of stunting but can be overcome by efforts to diversify economically local food. Conducting community empowerment through counseling and utilization of local food as an effort to prevent stunting. Counseling on stunting and assistance in processing modern castangel cake made from seluang fish flour which was carried out for 3 months, from July to September 2022 at Posyandu Papikau, Sungai Tiung Banjarbaru Village. The community service was carried out at the Papikau Posyandu, Sungai Ulin Village, Banjarbaru, attended by 12 women. Counseling activities about stunting and the nutritional content of selung fish and its use in everyday life. There was an increase in mothers' knowledge about stunting and skills in processing selung fish-based cakes. Community service activities carried out for pregnant women in the Sungai Tiung Village work area have been carried out well and are expected to be carried out sustainably. Keywords : Pregnant Mother, Local Food Diversification, Selung Fish, Stunting
