Abstract

Residents' awareness of the Population Administration is in fact so minimal that residents decide not to update or update their Population Administration data. In fact, there are not a few residents who admit that they do not have the Population Administration document at all. As a result, residents experience several problems in obtaining other services as an example for residents who live in the city of Surabaya, the phenomenon of inactivity of the BPJS card is a result that has often occurred lately where after further investigation the cause of the deactivation of the BPJS card is administrative data. Residents who show inappropriate domiciles, namely outside the city of Surabaya. Thus the MSIB internship activity was carried out with the aim of conducting a survey as well as door to door outreach regarding the importance of Population Administration data so that it is hoped that it can increase public awareness of their Population Administration data. Survey activities as well as door-to-door socialization are carried out in two ways, namely the pre-implementation and implementation stages.

Abstract

KALIMASADA Program (Civil Administration Aware Community Neighborhood Area) is an innovation from the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office which aims to improve Civil Administration services for Surabaya City residents. Optimization of KALIMASADA program will be achieved when the administration service itself can be carried out in an excellent service. Against this background, this study aims to analyze the implementation of KALIMASADA program's excellent service at Rungkut Tengah Office. The qualitative research method forms the basis for the procedure for conducting this research, where the author then obtains data through interviews as well as the results of observations during the research period at the Rungkut Tengah Office. The results of the study indicate that there are still two principles of excellent service that cannot be fulfilled in the implementation of the KALIMASADA program at the Rungkut Tengah Office. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the KALIMASADA program at the Rungkut Tengah Village Office is still not optimal because the two principles of excellent service have not been fulfilled, namely service that exceeds residents' expectations and service that prioritizes quality.

Abstract

Shopee memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi dengan cara menyediakan aplikasi pada ponsel Dengan menawarkan aplikasi untuk smartphone yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk membeli dan menjual barang secara online, Shopee memanfaatkan perkembangan informasi dan teknologi. Shopee juga menyediakan alat penilaian dan ulasan konsumen online. Ulasan dan peringkat adalah sumber informasi yang berguna mengenai suatu produk yang mungkin menarik bagi pelanggan lain yang akan membuat keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan 110 konsumen sebagai sampel penelitian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di marketplace Shopee Jawa Timur. Dengan mendistribusikan survei dan mengolah data menggunakan SEM PLS, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif.. Sampling purposive dengan metode sampel non-probabilitas adalah strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapat dan peringkat pelanggan online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk di pasar Shopee di Jawa Timur. Bisa dikatakan sesuatu itu signifikan (positif) karena mendukung hipotesis.
