Abstract

Ekosistem lamun merupakan salah satu komponen paling penting di wilayah pesisir laut. Fungsi lamun berkaitan dengan bioekologi dari interaksi makhluk hidup yang tinggal di wilayah ekosistem tersebut dengan lingkungannya. Komponen makhluk hidup dalam ekosistem lamun salah satunya mikroalga epifit. Epifit menempel pada substrat atau lamun itu sendiri dan menjadi bioindikator kualitas perairan. Tidak selalu memiliki dampak baik, epifit juga terkadang memiliki dampak buruk bagi ekosistem padang lamun dengan jumlah tertentu yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas lamun. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase mikroalga epifit ekosistem padang lamun yang berada di Pantai Prawean Bandengan dan Pantai Semat, Jepara. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data penutupan dan kerapatan lamun dengan metode line transect quadrat, data persentase tutupan epifit yang mengacu pada metode seagrass watch, data parameter kualitas air (suhu, salinitas, pH, kecepatan arus, kecerahan), dan data konsentrasi nutrien (nitrat dan fosfat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi jenis lamun lebih banyak di Pantai Prawean Bandengan (Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea rotundata, Oceana serrulata, Halodule uninervis, Halophila ovalis). Penutupan padang lamun paling tinggi juga terdapat di Pantai Prawean Bandengan dengan nilai rata-rata 39,87% sedangkan pada Pantai Semat memiliki persentase sebanyak 26,94%. Data persentase tutupan epifit tertinggi pada Pantai Semat dengan nilai 27,17% disusul oleh Pantai Prawean Bandengan dengan nilai 25,25%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kategori padang lamun tergolong sedang. Substrat pada Pantai Prawean Bandengan berjenis fine sand sedangkan pada Pantai Semat berjenis gravel. Data menyimpulkan bahwa ekosistem padang lamun baik di Pantai Prawean Bandengan maupun Pantai Semat memiliki kondisi sedang.   Seagrass ecosystems are one of the most important components in coastal marine areas. The function of seagrasses is related to the bioecology of the interaction of living things that live in the ecosystem area with their environment. One of the components of living things in seagrass ecosystems is epiphytic microalgae. Epiphytes attach to the substrate or seagrass itself and become bioindicators of water quality. Not always having a good impact, epiphytes also sometimes have a bad impact on seagrass ecosystems with certain amounts that can reduce seagrass productivity. This study was conducted to determine the percentage of epiphytic microalgae in seagrass ecosystems in Prawean Bandengan Beach and Semat Beach, Jepara, East Java, Indonesia. The data were collected by counting the seagrass closure, seagrass density measure using line transect quadrat method, epiphyte cover percentage data referring to seagrass watch method, water quality parameter data (temperature, salinity, pH, current speed, brightness), and nutrient concentration data (nitrate and phosphate). The results showed that seagrass species composition was more abundant at Prawean Bandengan Beach (Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea rotundata, Oceana serrulata, Halodule uninervis, Halophila ovalis). The highest seagrass cover was also found in Prawean Bandengan Beach with an average value of 39.87% while Semat Beach had a percentage of 26.94%. Data on the percentage of epiphyte cover was highest at Semat Beach with a value of 27.17% followed by Prawean Bandengan Beach with a value of 25.25%. This shows that the seagrass category is classified as moderate. The substrate at Prawean Bandengan Beach is fine sand type while Semat Beach is gravel type. The data concludes that the seagrass ecosystem in both Prawean Bandengan Beach and Semat Beach has a moderate condition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty at the Jombang branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. The influence of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty is an important topic in the Islamic banking industry, especially to understand the factors that can influence customers in choosing and remaining loyal to use certain bank services. The research method used was a survey with questionnaires distributed to 100 customer respondents of the Jombang branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis to examine the relationship between brand image, brand trust, and customer loyalty variables. The results of the study show that brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at the Jombang branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. In other words, the customer's positive perception of the bank's brand image can influence the customer's tendency to continue using the bank's services. In addition, brand trustalso has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust in this bank in terms of reliability, sharia compliance and security can strengthen customer loyalty. This research makes an important contribution to the Jombang branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia in understanding the factors that can influence customer loyalty. In developing marketing and brand management strategies, banks need to pay attention to the importance of building a positive brand image and increasing customer trust through consistent reliability, sharia compliance and security. By strengthening brand image and brand trust, banks can increase customer loyalty levels and maintain a strong market share.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang semakin pesat saat ini, menyebabkan industri juga mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang dapat membantu proses produksi yang ada. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi tersebut ialah Internet of Things (IoT) dimana terhubungnya antara gadget dan mikrokontroler melalui router internet. Penelitian ini fokus dalam pembuatan alat penimbangan pupuk otomatis yang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang dapat mengontrol pengisian pupuk yang di timbang dengan sensor load cell dan motor servo untuk menghentikan proses pengisian. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki nilai eror 0,028% dengan kesesuaian program. Penimbangan pupuk berjalan sangat efektif di bandingkan menggunakan penimbangan secara manual. Penelitian ini masih memerlukan perngembangan untuk penambahan sensor – sensor yang dapat menunjang keakuratan dan informasi yang di dapat.
