<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Gowa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Gowa belum dilaksanakan secara optimal karena kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kab Gowa tiga tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan jumlah kasus, terdapat jumlah kasus yang diselesaikan melalui jalur ADR oleh Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Gowa lebih minim dari kasus yang dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan (2) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat perlindungan hukum korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Gowa adalah faktor kaidah hukum yaitu peraturan yang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal oleh aparat penegak hukum, penegak hukum yaitu adanya struktur organisasi di Unit PPA Polres Gowa namun kinerja yang belum optimal, sarana/prasarana yang belum memadai, kurangnya kesadaran hukum dalam masyarakat terkhusus pada pihak-pihak dalam lingkup rumah tangga. The research objective to analyze the implementation of legal protection for victims of domestic violence in the PPA Unit of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Gowa Police and the influencing factors. This study uses empirical legal research methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of legal protection for victims of domestic violence in the PPA Unit of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Gowa Police has not been carried out optimally because cases of domestic violence in Gowa Regency in the last three years have experienced an increase in the number of cases, there are a number of cases involving resolved through the ADR route by the Gowa Police Criminal Investigation Unit PPA Unit less than the cases delegated to the prosecutor's office (2) Factors that impede the legal protection of victims of domestic violence in the Gowa Police Criminal Investigation Unit PPA Unit are legal norms, namely regulations that have not been implemented optimally by law enforcement officials, law enforcers, namely the existence of an organizational structure in the Gowa Police PPA Unit but performance that has not been optimal, inadequate facilities/infrastructure, lack of legal awareness in society, especially parties within the household sphere.]]>
