Abstract

This research is conducted to produce a product that can organize learning well and can ease problem solving in learning especially mathematics. The resulting product is the development of learning models and create an easy techniques as a solution to complete multiplication in Elementary School (SD). This is motivated by the low ability to solve various multiplication problem that occurred in the 4th grade in Elementary School (SD). This data was obtained based on observation and interviews conducted with teacher’s classroom at some public Elementary Schools in Purwakarta district. In one of the public Elementary Schools it was found that only 25% of students were able control multiplication. Based on the problems, the research method use is Research and Development (RD) Borg and Gall. Product design that will be developed and applied that is model of learning model of mathematics education model (T2ME) and technique of SuBatSaGa multiplication. Our Product design developed has been approved by the experts. The experts in this research that is lecturer of mathematics. Keywords: multiplication, Trans Model Mathematics Education (T2ME), SuBatSaGa technique.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) kondisi objektif keterampilan berbicara anak di TK Tunas Harapan, (2) proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara, serta (3) keterampilan berbicara anak setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran.Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Hopkins yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelompok  B  TK Tunas Harapan Purwakarta tahun 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 15 siswa, yang terdiri dari 10 perempuan dan 5 laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari meningkatnya nilai rata-rata siswa yang mempunyai nilai Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB), bahwa sebelum tindakan anak yang mempunyai nilai rata-rata Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) 13,33%, siklus I nilai rata-rata Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) 15,18%, dan siklus II nilai rata-rata Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) 61,1 %,  jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak kelompok B TK Tunas Harapan Kecamatan/Kabupaten Purwakarta.

Abstract

Seorang guru sejatinya pandai dalam memilih pendekatan/strategi dalam pembelajaran. Materi pemecahan masalah seringkali terlupakan karena guru sering terfokus pada pembelajaran pemahaman konsep matematika. Sedangkan materi pemecahan masalah matematika merupakan muara dari belajar konsep matematika. Materi matematika adalah abstrak dan ilmu matematika adalah ilmu deduktif, oleh karenanya siswa akan merasa kesulitan dalam belajar matematika, termasuk gurunya. Alternatif pendekatan/strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah matematika realistik. Matematika realistik akan mampu menjembatani proses pembelajaran matematika menjadi mudah dipelajari dan terasa manfaatnya bagi kehidupan sehari-hari.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model pembelajaran matematika dalam pokok bahasan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik dari kelas 3 (tiga) Sekolah Dasar.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model siklus dengan langkah-langkah (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Observasi, dan (4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian yang diharapkan adalah: (1) Tersusunnya silabus dan RPP matematika yang mengacu pada pokok bahasan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika relistik, yang melibatkan penggunaan bilangan pecah; (2) Tersedianya media dan sumber belajar pembelajaran pemecahan masalah matematika dengan pendekatan matematika relistik di sekolah dasar; (3) Tersedianya alat evaluasi proses pembelajaran matematika yang mengacu pada pokok bahasan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of multiplication operation ability for elementary school students. Thisresearch intend to analyze the activity of elementary school students in math instruction based on kurtacil andbeemath gamification. The research method used is mixed method research and the sample of this research is the 3rdgraders of elementary school students in Purwakarta Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is anexcellent improvement in student learning activity, responses and student perceptions of mathematical instructionbased on kurtacil and Beemmath gamification. The students y feel happy learning math with the game.

Abstract

The freshman is an individual who is adapting to a new environment in college. This adaptation process differs from one another because each individual is unique and is influenced by many factors. The slow or fast process of adaptation will result in student achievement. Self-acceptance is an individual's ability to be able to accept the existence of oneself. While habits of minds is the ability of students to control positive behaviour in order to have confidence and have a steady personality. The study will use a qualitative and quantitative approach that seeks to uncover self-acceptance and habits of mind. Respondents in this study were first semester students at one university in Purwakarta who were selected by random sampling techniques. Data processing techniques will be carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. based on the results of the study there is a no positive relationship between self-acceptance and habits of mind of students, their self-acceptance is at a average size with good mathematical thinking habits

Abstract

Next word prediction which is also called as language modelling is one field of natural language processing that can help to predict the next word. It’s one of the uses of machine learning. Some researchers before had discussed it using different models such as Recurrent Neural Networks and Federated Text Models. Each researcher used their own models to make the prediction and so the researcher here. Researchers here chose to make the model using  Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) model with 200 epoch for the training. For the dataset, the researcher used web scraping. The dataset contains 180 Indonesian destinations from nine provinces. For the libraries, researchers used  tensorflow, keras, numpy, and matplotlib. To download the model in json format, the researcher used tensorflowjs. Then for the tool to code, the researcher used Google Colab. The last result is 8ms/step, loss: 55%, and accuracy: 75% which means it’s good enough and can be used to predict next words.
