Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the production cost and income of paddy mill business in Buay Bahuga Sub-district of Way Kanan Regency, 2) To know the value added of rice mill business in Buay Bahuga Sub-district of Way Kanan Regency, 3) To know the feasibility of rice milling business in the District of Buay Bahuga District Way Kanan. The results showed that the total production of rice milling business that is equal to 75.096 kg / year with the selling price of Rp 7,700 / kg, the revenue of Rp 578,239,200 is obtained, the use of production cost of Rp 800.006.105, the income of Rp -221.766.905 . Added value to the paddy mill business in Buay Bahuga District is Rp 578,239,200. with the use of the intermediate fee of Rp 382,505,680. The rice milling business in Kecamatan Buay is also feasible to be developed financially.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to : (1) To calculate the amount of production cost that is expended and income earned in coconut sugar processing business in East OKU Regency, (2) To know the value of coconut sugar processing in East OKU Regency, (3) To know the level of coconut sugar business feasibility in East OKU Regency. This research was conducted in OKU Timur Regency, but there were only two sub-districts from 20 sub-districts doing coconut sugar processing business. Namely Belitang District III and Belitang Mulya District. For Belitang III District, there is one village that conducts coconut sugar processing business, that is Desa Switchwarno, and for Belitang Mulya Sub-district there are 5 villages doing coconut sugar processing business, namely Sugih Waras Village, Petanggan Village, Rejosari Village, and Srimulyo Village. Determining the location is done purposively (purposive sampling) with the consideration that in 5 villages are doing palm sugar processing business. While field research will be conducted in April 2013 until the completion. This research found that the production cost of coconut sugar processing business in East OKU Regency in one month of production is Rp 2,707,071.43 or Rp 32,484,857.16 / year, and the income earned in one business year is Rp 20,015,142,84 / year. The added value of coconut sugar processing business in OKU Timur Regency in one month of business is Rp 3,325,428.57 and Coconut sugar processing business in East OKU district is feasible to be developed with NPV value for 4 years ahead Rp 27,823,216.06, IRR 22.04% and Net B / C 1.61.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: 1) determine the business income of selling fresh oyster mushrooms and making oyster mushroom chips in Bumirahayu Village, Buay Madang Timur District, East OKU Regency, 2) to determine the added value of selling fresh oyster mushrooms into oyster mushroom chips in Bumirahayu Village District Buay Madang Timur, East OKU Regency. The results showed that the income earned by the oyster mushroom cultivation business actors was Rp. 10,953,697, - / PP (Rp. 2,738,424, - / month). Meanwhile, the business of making oyster mushroom chips is Rp. 988. 437, - / PP (Rp. 3,953,748, - / month). The difference in income that is quite large makes the business of making oyster mushroom chips feasible to be developed, while the added value in the business of making oyster mushroom chips is Rp. 12,437, - / Kg or in the amount of Rp. 1,305,937, - / PP (Rp. 5,223,748, - / month) obtained from the difference between the final value and the cost of raw materials.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: 1) determine the amount of income obtained from processing belida fish into crackers in Kemalaraja Village, East Baturaja District, OKU Regency, 2) determine the amount of added value obtained from processing belida fish into crackers in Kemalaraja Village, East Baturaja District, Regency OKU. The results showed that the income obtained in the business of processing belida fish into crackers in Kemalaraja Village, East Baturaja District, OKU Regency is Rp. 549,288 / average production, while the added value generated in the business of processing belida fish into crackers in Kemalaraja Village, East Baturaja District, Regency OKU is IDR 627,465 / production average, and the added value per kg is IDR 38,128.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usaha industri tapai pisang di Desa Tugu Harum Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur, 2) mengetahui bagaimana respon masyarakat terhadap tapai pisang di Desa Tugu Harum Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tapai pisang lilin memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 25.316/proses produksi sedangkan untuk tapai pisang gedah Rp. 18.583/proses produksi. Persentase respon masyarakat menjawab enak terhadap tapai pisang lilin 84,2% dan 71,2% untuk tapai pisang gedah yang ada di Desa Tugu Harum Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya potensi pendapatan dari pengolaha kulit kakao menjadi Krupuk di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur, 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat dan konsumen pada pengolahan kulit kakao menjadi Krupuk di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur, 3) mengetahui keputusan konsumen dalam membeli kerupuk kulit kakao di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi pendapatan yang diperoleh dari pengelolahan kerupuk kulit kakao di Desa Sido Makmur sebesar Rp 5.679.860 /bulan atau Rp 946.643 /PP. Respon masyarakat terhdap pemhelolahan limbah kakao menjadi kerupuk adalah setuju dengan indeks 77,5% dan respon konsumen terhadap produk kerupuk kulit kakao dapat diklasifikasikan baik. Baik secara bersama – sama maupun secara individu bahwa variabel rasa (X1), kemasan (X2), dan harga (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kerupuk kulit kakao.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui pendapatan dari hasil pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai di Kabupaten Muara Enim, 2) mengetahui berapa besar nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai di Kabupaten Muara Enim, 3) mengetahui kelayakan pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai perproses produksi adalah 30 buah/proses produksi, maka diperoleh rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp785.000/proses produksi, dengan harga jual rata rata Rp.22,167 /bungkus. Dengan rata rata produksi 15 kg/proses. Jadi rata-rata pendapatan pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai sebesar Rp 205,303/produksi atau 3,284,848 /bulan 16 kali proses. Nilai tambah dihasilkan dari total penerimaan dikurang biaya antara, rata-rata nilai tambah pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai di Kabupaten Muara Enim adalah sebesar Rp 366,303/proses produksi. Usaha pengolahan buah nanas menjadi selai di Kabupaten Muara Enim layak untuk dikembangkan secara finansial. Dengan memenuhi kriteria nilai NPV positif 15,794,659 dan nilai IRR sebesar 9,16 % dan nilai Net B/C diperoleh 1,05

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui produksi sapu ijuk di Desa Kota Mulya Kecamatan Semendawai Timur Kabupaten OKU Timur per bulan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, 2) mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan usaha kerajinan sapu ijuk di Desa Kota Mulya Kecamatan Semendawai Timur Kabupaten OKU Timur, 3) mengetahui nilai kontribusi pendapatan kerajinan sapu ijuk terhadap total pendapatan keluarga di Desa Kota Mulya Kecamatan Semendawai Timur Kabupaten OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi sapu ijuk per bulan di Desa Kota Mulya Kecamatan Semendawai Timur Kabupaten OKU Timur mengalami peningkatan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, dengan rata-rata produksi per bulan selama tiga tahun terakhir dengan rata-rata yaitu 824 buah. Ratarata produksi sapu ijuk per bulan dalam tiga tahun terakhir adalah 824 buah, dengan harga jual sebesar Rp.20.00023.000 total biaya produksi sebesar Rp.23.932.000/Bulan maka pendapatannya sebesar Rp.10.859.666/Bulan. Bahwa usaha kerajinan sapu ijuk memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap total pendapatan keluarga yaitu sebesar 86,02%.
