Abstract

Legalitas usaha sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM, dikarenakan semakin banyaknya UMKM dari tahun ke tahun sehingga persaingan pasar semakin ketat. Makadari itu suatu usaha memerlukan perlindungan hukum secara sah untuk melindungi usahanya. Alasan lain diperlukannya legalitas usaha yaitu meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang kita tawarkan, dikarenakan dalam suatu legalitas pastinya memiliki persyaratan sangat spesifik untuk memperolehnya. Tujuan dilaksanakannya KKN-T yaitu memberikan edukasi dan melakukan pendampingan mengenai pentingnya suatu legalitas dan prosedur pengajuan legalitas. Kegiatan KKN-T berlangsung di lokasi Kelurahan Tanjungsari, Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kota Blitar salah satunya di UMKM AL Qolam Fish Farm yang membutuhkan legalitas CPIB. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan program ini yaitu pertama tahap pemahaman fungsi dan persiapan dokumen, tahap pelaksanaan kedua adalah pemahaman dan pelaksananaan prosedur pengajuan legalitas CPIB dan terakhi tahap evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelaku UMKM menyadari pentingnya suatu legalitas usaha dan mengajukan legalitas usaha.

Abstract

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the factors for the Indonesian economy to survive and develop until now. By increasing the use and shopping of domestic products, it can help increase the growth of MSMEs, as well as the welfare of the community. In building MSMEs, branding needs to be done to build and elevate the identity of a brand, including trade names, logos, characters, and consumer responses. In branding a product can be seen directly by consumers, namely through logos and packaging that has special characteristics, so that consumers can recognize these products. Packaging becomes a direct view by consumers to the product, so that attractive packaging can attract attention. On the packaging can be listed such as trade names, logos, nutritional values, and various important information in the product so that it can build trust.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi seharusnya membantu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, masih ada masyarakat yang belum menguasai teknologi dan belum mendapatkan manfaat dari kemajuan tersebut. Kemajuan teknologi seharusnya membantu UMKM dalam usahanya. Salah satu platform yang mendukung perkembangan ini adalah Appsheet, yang memungkinkan pengguna membuat aplikasi seluler, tablet, dan web menggunakan sumber data dari Google Drive, Microsoft 365, dan data berbasis cloud lainnya. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu penjualan melalui tampilan katalog penjualan yang menarik, meningkatkan daya beli produk UMKM. Di Kelurahan Gedog, para pelaku UMKM belum memiliki platform khusus untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka kepada masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini menyebabkan daya beli masyarakat terhadap UMKM cukup rendah karena kurangnya informasi mengenai UMKM yang memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Jika masyarakat membeli kebutuhan mereka di UMKM sekitar Kelurahan Gedog yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital melalui aplikasi E-katalog berbasis Appsheet secara efektif, tentu akan meningkatkan ekonomi dan daya beli masyarakat serta membantu pembangunan ekonomi sekitar.

Abstract

Kepabeanan merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan kegiatan ekspor, terutama dalam hal proses pengiriman, penanganan dokumen, dan pemenuhan persyaratan perdagangan internasional. Kepabeanan berperan sebagai regulator dan pemfasilitas dalam proses ekspor, memastikan pemenuhan persyaratan perdagangan internasional, melindungi hak-hak kekayaan intelektual, serta memastikan kelancaran dan keamanan proses pengiriman barang. Kepabeanan juga berperan dalam mengawasi kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perdagangan internasional dan memerangi perdagangan ilegal. Namun, perlu adanya upaya terus-menerus untuk memperbaiki dan memperkuat peran kepabeanan tersebut agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam pertumbuhan ekspor negara.

Abstract

The cryptocurrency market has grown significantly in recent years, with Bitcoin emerging as the dominant player. This research aims to investigate the relationship between cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) prices, the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IHSG), the Federal Reserve (Fed) Rate, and the Bank Indonesia (BI) Rate with the stock prices of IDX BUMN20 companies. The study adopts a quantitative research approach, utilizing historical time-series data for the variables of interest spanning a specific period. The data will be collected from reputable financial databases and sources. Multiple regression analysis and White analysis causality tests will be employed to examine the potential influence of these factors on IDX BUMN20 stock prices. The findings from this research are expected to shed light on the interconnectedness of the cryptocurrency market with the traditional stock market in Indonesia and provide valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and market participants. Understanding these relationships can aid in risk management strategies and investment decision-making. However, it is crucial to note that the cryptocurrency market is known for its volatility and speculative nature, which may introduce unique challenges in interpreting the results. Therefore, cautious consideration and expert financial advice.

Abstract

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses owned by persons or legal entities that meet the requirements to be classified as a business. Lemayung is an MSME that sells various kinds of batik products and ecoprints located in KepanjenLor Village, Blitar City. In this community service activity, there is a work program that focuses on utilizing digital marketing. One of the aspects emphasized in this work program is the creation of a website for Lemayung SMEs. It is hoped that this can expand market reach and increase sales of Lemayung MSMEs.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) currently require good financial performance for sustainability and decision making. In the future, MSMEs will only develop in terms of quantity but have not been matched by good quality. For this reason, financial literacy and digital innovation are things that support the performance of MSMEs. Finding out (1) how financial literacy affects MSME performance, (2) how digital innovation affects MSME performance, and (3) how financial literacy affects MSME performance through business sustainability are the goals of this study (4) the influence of digital innovation on MSME performance through business sustainability. The population in this study are all owners and managers of East Surabaya Bulak Fish Center (SIB) MSMEs who run a trading business in food, drinks and souvenir accessories. The study sample consisted of seventy-five individuals who were managers or owners of businesses. Saturated sampling was the method of sampling, and partial least squares (PLS) analysis was the method of analysis. The findings of this study show that (1) financial literacy increases the contribution to the performance of MSMEs, (2) digital innovation increases the contribution to the performance of MSMEs, (3) financial literacy increases the contribution to the performance of MSMEs through business sustainability, (4) digital innovation increases the contribution to MSME performance through business sustainability.

Abstract

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is an organization that is oriented towards community empowerment, especially the welfare of housewives. PKK members in the Kauman Village consist of 19 people led by Mrs. Ratna. PKK has several activities including catering and trade. During its activities, the PKK sparked a new idea to make a product as a result of empowering the potential of its members, namely Es Cendol Suji with a weekly turnover of Rp 350.000,-. However, the product does not have a strong identity to be able to compete in the market. From this problem, the author took the initiative to help PKK by providing assistance regarding branding through making a logo as a business identity. The purpose of this activity is to give a new identity to the Es Cendol Suji product which is expected to increase PKK income turnover so as to create prosperity for all PKK members.
