Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and assess the implementation, to identify and provide legal protection for the community,  To find out how the public perception related to the enactment automatic information exchange system in Automatic Exchange System Of Information in banking and taxation in Indonesia. The method used is normative is a source of research is the literature data. The research is descriptive analytic waged a portrait of something with words or sentences, then separated categories for the conclusion. The approach taken is the approach of legislation and conceptual approaches. The research result of this thesis is that the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2017 on Access to Financial Information for the Interest Tax authority governing the confidentiality opening of access to finance, especially in the field of taxation and banking. Government Regulation in Lieu of Law derogation of this nature, the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law did not eliminate the presence of the General Provisions Act Taxation and the Banking Act rather run in tandem. However, when there are specific concerns regarding the opening of access to tax information that is regulated by government regulation in lieu of this Act, the regulations imposed specifically the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2017. The Government Regulation in Lieu of Law is not yet set in particular the protection of confidential data and customer information taxpayer. data privacy protection and customer information taxpayer still refers to the General Provisions Act Taxation. If the Directorate of Taxpayer act outside the authority of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law is, it can be subject to criminal sanctions were made on complaints of people who feel that their rights have been violated. Related to people's perceptions of these systems are still many people who know about these systems require further dissemination by the government.   Keywords: Secrets of bank, Tax, Automatic exchange system of information

Abstract

Management as a science and technology contributed greatly to the success of a company. As a science and technology, development through the management out of borders of countries in accordance with the local culture. Indonesia is a one country that uses the principles of management in corporate management as well as the largest Muslim country in the world. A muslim is obliged to way apply the teaching of Islam in every joint of his life, including in business activities (management) is executed. Company management includes managing the human resource that can be integrated with the teaching of Islam that originated from the Al Quran and Al Hadist.Islamic based management is a new science. It is therefore a few companies that implement it anyway. The application of Islamic management is only done by companies whose owners are a Muslim and a Muslim requires all employees. One of the companies that implement Islamic based management is Noer Fikri Offset. Noer Fikri Offset is engaged in publisingand printing the Quran requires each worker to follow established rules of the Islamic way. Application of Islamic based management of Noer Fikri Offset include recruitment, selection, employment contracts, performance appraisal, training and development and compensation. Where all aspect related management to tha commands and prohibitions of Allah SWT. A part from the advantages and disadvantages in its application, the Islamic based management brings new colors in the Indonesian economy. Islamic based management is considered more appropriate to the personality and characteristics of the Indonesian nation.Key word: Management, Management Islam, Management based Islam, Syariah, Islam

Abstract

Salah satu penggerak perekonomian dan perusahaan adalah kaum muda. Kaum muda atau bahasa lain generasi muda memiliki peranan penting bagi perekonomian yang dapat bersinergi dengan kesejahteraan. Argume yang mendasari hal ini karena jumlah kaum muda terus meningkat dan realitas dari perkembangan teknologi memberikan keleluasaan bagi kaum muda disemua bidang tanpa terkecuali. Penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa dapat melalui model pembelajaran. Melaui model pembelajaran para mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki bekal entreprenueship atau jiwa entrpreneurial. Para mahasiswa yang nanti akan menjadi alumni atau lulusan diharapkan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang mampu (survive) dan memiliki daya saing dalam lingkungan global yang kompetitif dan turbulen di era ekonomi pengetahua. Bagaimana Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran, Motivasi dan Budaya terhadap Minat wirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis IslamHasil penelitian menunjukan Model Pembelajaran Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang menjadi pengusaha . Abstract

Role is an action performed by a person in an event. In this study, the role aimed at the Integrated Laboratory in carrying out the entrepreneurship week program. The presence of laboratories in universities is important as a place for students to experiment in the teaching and learning system. Material about Entrepreneurship is always taught to students, but only fixated on assignments but not yet of economic value. There is an entrepreneurship week program as a forum for students to be creative in selling their products to a wide audience and always evaluated by the laboratory if there are obstacles in the field. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Primary and Secondary data are also needed as a complement to the perfection of the research. The results showed that integrated laboratories play a role in producing young entrepreneurs through the entrepreneurship week program, although there are still some obstacles that occur, but will always improve for future improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of understanding of students of the zakat and waqf management study program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business UIN Raden Fatah Palembang by using a survey research method with a descriptive approach. This research is focused on measuring the level of understanding and literacy of zakat and waqf management study program students regarding zakat objects by involving 90 students from 4 lecture batches namely class of 2018, class of 2019, class of 2020 and class of 2021. Student literacy and understanding of the factors that determine the role of zakat students to educate the public to fulfill zakat obligations. The results of this study provide the level of understanding and literacy of the study program from each lecture. The results of the research show that the zakat literacy index for students of the zakat and waqf management study program obtained a score of 83.12% which is included in the high category. Students of the 2019 college class are the highest generation in understanding and literacy regarding zakat with the acquisition of a zakat literacy index of 87.55%.

Abstract

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.
