Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variable bank image, service quality, customer trust, handling complaints, and satisfaction with customer loyalty. Islamic Bank SUMSEL BABEL of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The Source of Data taken is primary data through questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The results showed that the bank image variable, service quality, customer trust, and complaint handling had a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by the significance value of 0,000 <0,05. While the partial test can be concluded that the bank image variable (X1) has a positive effect on customer loyalty (Y), this is evidenced by a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Service quality variable (X2) does not affect customer loyalty (Y), this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.997> 0.05. The variable customer trust (X3) has a positive effect on customer loyalty (Y), this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.003 <0.05. The complaint handling variable (X4) has a positive effect on customer loyalty (Y), this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Satisfaction variable (X5) has a positive effect on customer loyalty (Y), this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.021 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the price and promotion factors have an influence on the decision to purchase a second motorcycle at the Rian Motor Palembang showroom. The type of research is quantitative research with the determination of accidental sampling as many as 100 respondents. The research found that: (a) price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase a second motorcycle at the Rian Motor Showroom with a significance result of 0.000 and (b) promotion also has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. Taken together, it can be proven that price and promotion can influence the decision to buy a second-hand motorcycle at the Rian Motor Palembang showroom

Abstract

This research aims to find out the performance condition of Islamic Rural Bank in Indonesia using the ranking system. This system seems to any bank that has the highest and lowest rank. This system can be observed with Maqasid Syariah or by seeing the profitability ratio. After we can discover the ranking , we move forward to analyze it using the two observation method called the Four Quadrant Kartesius Diagram. This research used a secondary data from quarterly financial report from March 2013 until December 2015. Based on the test result, when using Maqasid Syariah Index (MSI), there is difference between the first ranks and otherwise placed. While when using Comparative Performance Index (CPI), one of ranked firstwhile other at the lowest rank.

Abstract

Today, technology has an essential role in economic progress, especially for small and large scale entrepreneurs. The utilization of technology is crucial to support the efficiency and effectiveness of sales. Urban communities only felt the presence of this technology but not for those who live in rural areas. The approach taken uses socialization about the importance of the role of the internet and digital marketing for the craftsmen of Palm oil palm midrib artisans in Rantau Durian 1 Village, Lempuing Jaya District, OKI Regency, South Sumatra. The results of the socialization gave a positive impression to the craftsmen. They gave a fresh breeze of their sustainability in the business of the palm fronds themselves, and their income hopes were far better than before knowing internet marketing. So far, the traditional marketing system where the craftsmen sell directly to the market using trucks, then it takes a long time to sell all of their merchandise.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the variables that effect financial performance mediated by NOM. The independent variables in this research are NPF, BOPO, FDR, and BASIL and ROA as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks. 9 Islamic Commercial Banks were used as samples. The data is taken from the quarterly financial statements for the 2019-2020 period. The analytical technique used is Multiple Regression test with path analysis. The BASIL variable has a positive effect on NOM and a negative effect on ROA. The BOPO variable has no effect on NOM and has a positive effect on ROA. The FDR variable has a negative effect on NOM and has a negative effect on ROA. The NOM variable has a positive effect on ROA. The NPF variable has a positive effect on NOM and has no effect on ROA. Then the variable NOM succeeded in mediating the BASIL, BOPO, FDR and NPF variables on ROA. For future research, it is necessary to make observations for a longer time and include risk variables on profitability and choose other sectors besides Islamic Commercial Banks

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether this library has met the standards of library management and whether there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing library management standards in the school. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the sources of information in this research are the Head of the Library, the Principal and 3 Librarians. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Planning of work programs in library management at UPT SMK Negeri 14 Musi Banyuasin is carried out by 1) compiling a work program; 2) the organization of the library is carried out through coordination with the head of the library as the coordinator in forming the organizational structure and assisted by 3 staff on duty; 3) Implementation of work programs in library management as planned at the planning stage; 4) the library supervises every day, reports on its library activities within a period of 6 months. And evaluation is done at the end of each semester.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand how the implementation of active learning and student activity in Arabic learning activities. This research is qualitative, using a qualitative approach to phenomenological studies and descriptive methods by taking the background at Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. The data sources of this study were Arabic language teachers and class X students of Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that 1) the implementation of active learning by applying three stages, namely a) preliminary (pre-instructional), namely the teacher opened the lesson by asking about students' attendance, repeating the previous learning materials; b) the implementation stage (instructional), namely the stage of conveying the learning content. explain the learning objectives that must be achieved by students, the teacher provides concrete examples, and uses learning media to clarify the discussion of each subject matter; and d) The closing stage (evaluation), where the teacher asks students questions about the material discussed, gives homework assignments, and informs the main material to be discussed at the next meeting. 2) student activity in learning Arabic is an effort or activity carried out by students when the teacher explains Arabic learning material. Students show the courage to ask about unknown learning materials, participate in discussing learning with friends, students creative, have interest and are independent in thinking, have responsibility and confidence in doing assignments that have not been studied, and students can learn independently.
