Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) to analyze the effect of the physical work environment on performance in the Lubuk refinery sub-district office; 2) to analyze the effect of communication on performance in the Lubuk refinery sub-district office; 3) to analyze the effect of the physical work environment and communication on performance at the Lubuk refinery sub-district office. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study is the employees of the refinery's bottom camat office which amounted to 28 people taken in a sampling saturated manner. The data is processed using multiple linear regressions using questionnaires. The results showed that 1) the physical work environment (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Lubuk Kilangan Camat Office. This is known from the regression coefficient value of 0.680 with a thitung of 3,458 > a ttabel of 1,987 and a value (sig 0.002<0.05), 2) communication (X2) positively and significantly affects the performance of employees of the Lubuk Kilangan Camat Office. This is known from the regression coefficient value of 0.367 with a count of 2,393 > 1,987 and the value (sig 0.025<0.05), 3) the physical work and communication environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Lubuk Kilangan Camat Office with a > ftabel fhitung value of 17,925>3.95 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar pada saat ini terkait dengan pendidikan tentang moral dan social lebih cendrung menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, dalam hal ini metoda ceramah, sehingga siswa tidak termotivasi ,apalagi untuk memunculkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Pendidikan Sosial dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran di kelas V SD perlu untuk diterapkan,dengan tujuan agar siswa mampu memerankan sesuatu sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, selanjutnya siswa diharapkan dapat bersikap menghargai orang lain sungguhpun mereka berbeda pendapat,berjiwa kreatif sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, dapat belajar memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi sekaligus dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa dan dapat menyesuaikan diri dalam lingkungan yang berbeda kondisinya. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan diperoleh informasi bahwa kemampuan bermain peran siswa kelas V SD Angkasa 1 Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang masih rendah, penyebabnya karena metode ini jarang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pendidikan Sosial . Atas dasar tersebut peneliti mengadakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar sehubungan diterapkan metode bermain peran ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan hasil berupa nilai yang didapat siswa, yaitu nilai pada siklus I berdasarkan dari hasil penilaian dengan rata-rata adalah 67,45. Sedangkan nilai pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu 86,32. Kata Kunci: metode bermain peran, Pendidikan IPS , hasil belajar.
