Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Pelatihan Penyusunan Proposal Penelitian kepada Anggota Pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa (HIMA) Manajemen. Tujuannya untuk: (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan anggota Pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa (HIMA) Manajemen dalam membuat/menyusun proposal penelitian/karya tulis ilmiah, (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman, dan wawasan mahasiswa tentang metode penelitian ilmiah, dan (3) Meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam melakukan penelitian ataupun menulis karya tulis ilmiah, baik yang sifanya mandiri maupun yang dibiayai oleh instansi/lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari, yakni dari tanggal 20 – 22 Maret 2022, bertempat di Gedung BT Fakultas Ekonomi UNM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi kelompok, serta pemberian tugas. Alat evaluasi yang digunakan berupa tes dan observasi. Penggunaan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan dan pemahaman materi pelatihan. Tes dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yakni Pre-test dan Post-test. Observasi dilaksanakan pada saat berlangsung pelatihan. Tujuannya untuk mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat antusiasme, kedisiplinan dan partisipasi aktif peserta dalam mengkuti kegiatan pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan bermanfaat. dalam rangka menambah pengetahuan/pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa menyusun proposal penelitian. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai post-test dibanding dengan nilai pre-tes peserta. Di samping itu pelatihan ini menimbulkan motivasi bagi peserta untuk melakukan penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all visitors to Eureka Coffee who visited from January to July 2023 totaling 1,536 visitors, using the Sampling method obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 23. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Reliability (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Responsiveness (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Assurance (X4) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Empathy (X5) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. As well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of switching costs, attractiveness of alternatives, and interpersonal relationships on repurchase intention (study on FEB UNM students who use IM3 Ooredoo Prepaid GSM). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are all active students of FEB UNM Class of 2020 who use prepaid GSM IM3 Ooredoo, using the Sampling method obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 23. The results of this study indicate that switching cost (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Prepaid GSM IM3 Ooredoo users. Attractiveness of alternative (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Prepaid GSM IM3 Ooredoo users. Interpersonal Relationship (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Prepaid GSM IM3 Ooredoo users. As well as switching costs (X1), attractiveness of alternatives (X2), and interpersonal relationships (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Prepaid GSM IM3 Ooredoo users
