Abstract

Permasalahan energi bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia merupakan masalah yang di hadapi oleh hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Peramalan konsumsi energi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam penentuan kebijakan pemerintah mengenai energi dan industri. Penelitian ini membuat peramalan konsumsi energi di Indonesia dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan menggunakan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan regresi linier dan membandingkan kedua metode tersebut. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat kesalahan pada model ANN sangat kecil sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan peramalan konsumsi energi. Sedangkan untuk regresi linier dihasilkan R2 sebesar 0,753 yang berarti masih banyak perilaku sistem yang tidak terjelaskan oleh model. Pada model, konsumsi energi Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh tiga factor yaitu Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB), Pendapatan Nasional dan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dicapai, dapat dikemukakan saran antara lain: Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan melakukan disagregasi konsumsi energi per sektor industri. Melakukan telaah performansi setiap sektor industri berdasarkan hasil peramalan konsumsi energi di tiap sektor industri.Kata kunci: Peramalan, Konsumsi Energi, ANN, PDB, Pendapatan Nasional, IHK.

Abstract

Garbage is something that will always grow along with the rate of population growth. If waste is not managed properly, it will become a problem that often leads to disputes. Dispute resolution regarding waste management is currently regulated in Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, but the norms governing it are still unclear. This research is a type of normative research that is carried out using a statutory approach. The results of the research show that Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management does not clearly define Waste Management as one of the parties to a dispute in waste management. This is contrary to the Principle of Clarity of Formula contained in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation as last amended by Law Number 13 of 2022 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation invitation. The unclear definition of Waste Management can ultimately result in legal certainty in waste disputes.

Abstract

Nowadays, the application of the plastic covers a lot of aspects in the human activities, including on the leather products industry. The most common plastic producing processes used is injection molding. One of the plastics production primary problems in injection molding is short shots defect. The defect occurs because the melting plastic did not fulfill completely the mold cavity since the process parameters are not optimum. In This study analyzes the effect of the injection pressure and temperature on the short shots defect that occurs at polycarbonates production. The injection pressures and temperatures are varied, but keep the other process parameters at certain value. The result shows that at the constant temperature of 260oC, higher injection pressure would give lower defects for pressure range from 3 to 24 MPa. At 6 MPa the defects reach zero. When using various temperatures from 195 to 280oC at constant pressure of 3 MPa, the results shows that higher temperature would gives lower short shot defect.

Abstract

Storage of raw materials of wet blue is uncontrolled because the amount of raw material stored exceeds the capacity of the storage space. This also causes the handling of wet blue in the storage space is not optimum so that the wet blue has encountered defects, dry, fungus and bacteria and salt stain. The purpose of this research is to improve the process of storage of wet blue for the production of leather upper as the first step to support the production of leathers with good quality. Wet blue storage technique is improved by descriptive analysis with library studies related to the physical and chemical characteristics of wet blue and the environmental effects of wet blue during storage. Storage techniques are supported by efficient planning and ordering mechanisms of raw materials and according to production needs and storage space capacity. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) or proper raw material planning can determine the order of raw materials and the amount of efficient inventory. Storage space with a capacity of 18.000 sides is only filled with a capacity of ± 10.000 sides. Optimization of storage space with efficient layout can be allocated to provide space for raw material selection in storage space.

Abstract

Carbon black merupakan bahan pengisi atau filler yang kerap digunakan dalam pembuatan kompon karet pada bantalan dermaga. Perusahaan selalu menggunakan carbon black N330 sebanyak 55 Phr pada produknya. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian apakah dosis yang biasa ditambahkan merupakan dosis terbaik berdasar hasil pengujian fisis karet. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memodelkan pengaruh penambahan carbon black terhadap performansi uji fisis sekaligus mencari titik optimumnya. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji kekuatan tarik atau tensile strength, uji ketahanan sobek dan uji kekerasan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan semakin bertambahnya bahan pengisi carbon black maka nilai uji kekuatan tarik, ketahanan sobek dan kekerasan akan meningkat. Akan tetapi setelah titik tertentu, penambahan carbon black membuat kekuatan tarik dan ketahanan sobek menurun. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model matematis dan nilai optimal uji kekuatan tarik dan ketahanan sobek berdasarkan model. Sedangkan uji perpanjangan putus menunjukkan bahwa semakin bertambahnya bahan pengisi carbon black akan menurunkan nilai dari perpanjangan putus. Dengan menggunakan penelitian ini, perusahaan dapat menentukan jumlah carbon black yang optimum.
