Abstract

Islamic education is faced with various challenges and complexities in the modern context. In order to face this challenge, Islamic education management plays an important role in organizing effective educational institutions. Good management in Islamic education involves managing resources, making strategic decisions, and meeting the needs of learners and other stakeholders. The research method used by researchers is to use research with a qualitative approach. Program development. Surveys can provide valuable input in the development of better Islamic education programs. By gathering the opinions and preferences of learners, researchers can identify specific needs or interests that should be accommodated in educational programs. Identify needs and problems. Surveys can be used to identify needs and problems in the context of Islamic education. Data driven decision making. The survey provides objective and reliable data, which helps in better decision making in the management of Islamic education at SD A-Azhar Bandung. Carefully analyzed survey data can help identify trends, problems, or potential improvements that need to be prioritized. Survey research methods have high relevance in the context of Islamic education management. In an effort to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education, it is important for practitioners and researchers to make careful and sustainable use of this research method. Thus, Islamic education management can adapt and develop according to the needs of today's Muslim society.

Abstract

The millennial generation in the Society 5.0 era has different characteristics from previous generations. Millennials tend to always want to find out about the times. They search, learn and work in an innovative environment that relies heavily on technology to make changes in various aspects of their lives. In terms of providing input to this generation, a special strategy is needed. Similarly, anti-corruption education requires a special approach in order to provide them with a targeted understanding. Furthermore, a learning method that suits the character of the millennial generation is needed. Leadership plays a very important role in the anti-corruption education process for this millennial generation. Good and successful leadership will certainly be mentioned as the cause of good consequences in various results according to the scope of leadership. The author will present the concept of anti-corruption education leadership for the millennial generation in the Society 5.0 era through an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

Sekolah nonformal atau Pesantren yang belum memiliki izin resmi dari Kemendikbudristek atau Kemenag biasa bekerja sama dengan Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan kesetaraan, sehingga seluruh siswanya bisa melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi, atau akan pindah ke sekolah formal, atau untuk melamar pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan kesetaraan seringkali belum sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah, sehingga penulis merasa perlu untuk menganalisa kebijakan-kebijakan tentang pendidikan kesetaraan, sekaligus meneliti langsung praktek pendidikan kesetaraan di masyarakat melalui penelitian terhadap kerjasama antara PKBM Karya Remaja dan Pesantren Nurul Huda yang keduanya terletak di Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan yang berfokus pada mengungkap fenomena pengalaman yang dialami secara sadar oleh subyek yang diteliti melalui wawancara langsung dengan Ketua dan Tutor PKBM Karya Remaja. Kemudian peneliti juga mendapat data sekunder dari aturan-aturan pemeritah berupa undang-undang, peraturan menteri, peraturan pemerintah daerah, dan petunjuk teknis yang dikeluarkan badan atau instansi tertentu, kemudian sumber literatur lainnya. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa untuk mendapatkan ijazah kesetaraan, peserta didik tidak hanya langsung mengikuti ujian, akan tetapi perlu mengikuti pembelajaran untuk pemenuhan nilai hasil laporan belajar dari awal jenjang yang diperoleh dari lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan kesetaraan dalam hal ini PKBM, yang telah memiliki izin resmi dan memiliki NPSN (Nomor Pokok Sekolah Nasional).
