Abstract

This thesis is a discussion that aims to find out 1. How is the application of the lecture plus method in learning Islamic religious education at Tunas Mandiri Junior High School, Langkat Regency. 2. What are the factors that hinder the process of applying the lecture plus method to learning Islamic religious education at SMP Tunas Mandiri, Langkat Regency. Sources of data in the study were school principals, teachers and students. The research instruments used were observation guidelines and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) the application of the question and answer method, namely the teacher uses a learning design in the form of a question and answer method which is carried out during the evaluation to find out whether the students are able to answer and understand the lesson that has been given. The learning outcomes of Islamic religious education are: With the question and answer method, the teacher can find out the student learning outcomes themselves by preparing basic questions for students, so that students are confident and dare to answer any material submitted. and educational learning outcomes Islamic religion at Tunas Mandiri Middle School, which initially only had a few students who were active so that in the future it would increase again due to the pattern of teacher and principal implementation that was applied during the learning process. 2) The inhibiting factors for teachers in applying the question and answer method at Tunas Mandiri Middle School are: the learning process, namely the lack of understanding of students plus the limited time during the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activity of class XI IPS students in sociology, at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). Classroom Action Research is a research activity by examining a learning activity that is given action, which is deliberately raised in a class, which aims to solve problems or improve the quality of learning in class. The cycle used in this study consists of cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle consists of four stages of activity, namely planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. This research was conducted for 2 months starting from February 28 to May 1 in the 2022/2023 school year, according to the 2013 curriculum at Muhammadiyah 1 High School Unismuh Makassar. The subjects in this study were 28 students of class XI IPS, consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. Determining the subject of this study was based on the results of the researchers' initial observations and interviews with teachers in the field of Sociology SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar, while technical data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques using achievement criteria. The results of the research from the 1st meeting of the 2nd students were only 5 (46.46%) active people, this can be seen from the results of the teacher's observations in class. The 2nd meeting of students who were active in group discussions were 8 (73.73%) students. In the first cycle of the 1st and 2nd meetings, the average 60.23% was active, and the second cycle - an average of 88.04% with an increase of 27.91% was included in the high category. It can be concluded that after applying the group discussion learning model it can increase the activity of students in class.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia saat ini. Bayi BBLR dapat berdampak pada masalah pertumbuhan dan kesehatan fisik jika tidak diberikan segera upaya pencegahan setelah lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencegahan hipotermia pada bayi berat badan lahir rendah melalui metode kantong plastik.   Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan berupa quasy experiment dengan rancangan non randomized pretest-posttest without control group design. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Meutulang. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Mei – Oktober 2023. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bayi yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Meutulang sebanyak 50 orang. Besar sampel sebanyak 50 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Studi ini melaporkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak 88% bayi dengan suhu tubuh ≤350C sebelum pemberian metode kantong plastik, dan sebanyak 96% bayi dengan suhu tubuh >350C sesudah pemberian metode kantong plastik. Pemberian metode kantong plastik signifikan terhadap pencegahan hipotermia pada bayi BBLR (p = <0,001; Z = -4,942). Kesimpulan: Pemberian metode kantong plastik efektif terhadap peningkatan pencegahan hipotermia pada bayi BBLR.
