Abstract

Latar belakang: Anak usia sekolah umumnya setiap hari menghabiskan sepertiga waktunya di sekolah, sehingga menyebabkan mereka menghabiskan waktu makan siangnya di sekolah. Adapun jenis jajanan yang dijajakan beraneka ragam dari mulai jajanan sehat maupun jajanan tidak sehat. Makanan sehat yang mempunyai gizi yang cukup, sedangkan makanan tidak sehat sudah terkontaminasi mikroba. Salah satu mikroba yang berbahaya bagi manusia pada makanan adalah bakteri Escherichia coli. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat cemaran bakteri Escherichia coli pada jajanan di SDN 70 Banda Aceh.Metode: Metode jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunkana metode kuantitifikasi bakteri dengan Teknik MPN (Most Probable Number) dan TPC (Total Plate Count). Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 3 sampel minuman yang diuji dengan metode MPN (Most Probable Number) melebihi batas maksimum. Sedangkan 6 sampel makanan yang diuji dengan meode TPC (Total Plate Count) dinyatakan masih dalam ambang batas.Simpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua sampel minuman terkontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli dan unutk makanan tidak terkontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli.Kata kunci: jajanan sekolah, kontaminasi, Escherichia coli Title: Description of Contamination of Escherichia Coli Bacteria in Food at SDN 70 Banda AcehBackground: School-age children generally spend a third of their time at school every day, causing them to spend their lunch time at school. The types of snacks that are sold vary from healthy snacks to unhealthy snacks. Healthy food that has sufficient nutrition, while unhealthy food is contaminated with microbes. One of the microbes that are harmful to humans in food is Escherichia coli bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was contamination of Escherichia coli bacteria in snacks at SDN 70 Banda Aceh.Method: This type of research method is descriptive. This study used a bacterial quantification method using MPN (Most Probable Number) and TPC (Total Plate Count) techniques. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method.Result: The results showed that 3 samples of drinks tested using the MPN (Most Probable Number) method exceeded the maximum limit. while 6 food samples tested with the TPC (Total Plate Count) method were declared to be still within the threshold. Conclusion: Showed that all drink samples were contaminated with Escherichia coli bacteria and food was not contaminated with Escherichia coli bacteria.Keywords: school snacks, contamination, Escherichia coli

Abstract

Latar belakang: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diindentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Penyebab dari COVID-19 yaitu Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) yang termasuk dalam keluarga besar coronavirus.Vaksin adalah produk atau zat yang masuk melalui suntikan kedalam tubuh manusia yang akan menstimulasi sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia atau imunitas. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada guru SD Negeri di Banda Aceh.Metode: Penelitin ini deskriptif analitik, dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2023 di wilayah kerja Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas melalui SPSS.Hasil: Didapatakan hasil Guru SD belum mendapatkan vaksin COVID-19 dengan persentase sebesar 65,6%, guru SD memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah terhadap vaksin COVID-19 sebesar 53,3%, guru SD Negeri memiliki sikap kurang baik terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19 sebesar 62,2%, berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value 0,002 (P<0,05) menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan capaian vaksin COVID-19 pada guru SD Negeri di Banda Aceh.Simpulan: Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap guru terhadap capaian vaksinasi COVID-19 pada guru SD Negeri di Banda Aceh. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi vaksinasi COVID-19 pada Guru SD di Banda Aceh.Kata kunci: pengetahuan; sikap; vaksinasi COVID-19; guru SD Title: Factors Affecting COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage on Elementary Teachers in Banda AcehBackground: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. The cause of COVID-19 is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) which belongs to the large family of coronaviruses. So this study aims to determine the factors that influence the coverage of COVID-19 vaccination for public elementary school teachers in Banda Aceh.Method: This research is an analytic descriptive study, with a cross sectional design. This research is a type of field research. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 in the working area of Public Elementary Schools in the city of Banda Aceh. Sampling was done by using random sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests through SPSS.Result: The results showed that elementary school teachers had not received the COVID-19 vaccine with a percentage of 65.6%, elementary school teachers had a low level of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine by 53.3%, public elementary school teachers had an unfavorable attitude towards the COVID-19 vaccination by 62, 2%, based on the results of the analysis using the chi-square test, a p-value of 0.002 (P <0.05) which means that this indicates that there is a relationship between knowledge and achievement of the COVID-19 vaccine in public elementary school teachers in Banda Aceh. Conclusion: Research shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of teachers towards the achievement of the COVID-19 vaccination of public elementary school teachers in Banda Aceh. These results show that knowledge and attitudes are two factors that influence COVID-19 vaccination for elementary school teachers in Banda Aceh.Keywords: knowledge; attitude; COVID-19 vaccination;elementary school teacher
